Bolting Of Lactobacillus From The Feces Of Piglets And Study On Their Probiotic Role About The Immune Response And Clinical Effectiveness

To develop the high activity compoud Lactobacillus preparation which beseemed for piglets, the study separated Lactobacillus lactis RS-4, Lactobacillus lactis RS-6, Streptococcus lacticus RS-7, Bacterium lacticum lazy RS-9, Bacillus acidophilus RS-19 and RS-22. The study discovered that, the lower the pH value of bacterial culture fluid, the higher the bacteriostasis of product of metabolism. The piglets' diarrhea ratio of experimental group was 3.5%, but the control group's was 13.6%. The experimental group's average weight-increase was super-exceeded the control group, P＜0.05 or P＜0.01. The average weight-increase were elevated 18.53%.
