To develop the high activity compoud Lactobacillus preparation which beseemed for piglets, the study separated Lactobacillus lactis RS-4, Lactobacillus lactis RS-6, Streptococcus lacticus RS-7, Bacterium lacticum lazy RS-9, Bacillus acidophilus RS-19 and RS-22. Through the survival experiment under the condition of tart surroundings pH 2.5, diverse concentration of bile salt and high protease, tilted out RS-4, RS-6, RS-19 and RS-22 strain for the subsequent research, which could survival in the tart surroundings pH above 2.5, 0.3% bile salt and 1% digestive enzyme.The experiment of product of acid showed that, the pH value of culture fluid forRS-4, RS-6, RS-19 and RS-22 strains were from the beginning of 6.0 descended to 4.0, 4.3, 3.84 and 4.0, the four strains were retaining high activity after cultivated 8-22h.The metabolic product of the four strains had transparent inhibitory action to the indicator, especialy the inhibition of RS-19 strain's to the E coli, Salmonella and Staphylococcus aureus surpass significantly the RS-4, RS-6, RS-22(p<0.01). The inhibition of RS-6 strain to the E coli and Salmonella outstripped the RS-4 and RS-22 strain. The inhibition of RS-22 strain to the Staphylococcus aureus outweighed the RS-4 and RS-6 strain, the RS-4 super notablely RS-6 strain(p<0.01). The study discovered that, the lower the pH value of bacterial culture fluid, the higher the bacteriostasis of product of metabolism. The protease had no influence to the activity of all strains' metabolic product.All the Mus musculus albus were survival healthily after drenched 0.5ml culture fluid after cultivated 22h, cfu were 109·m1-1, the result illustrated that the four strains has no Pathogenicity to animal, have faithful security.Drenched newly born piglet with the component praeparatum of the four strains', viable count was 108cfu/ml, lml/day, continuation for 7d. The ratio of rosettes of T lymphocyte in eripheral blood and the proliferative response of T lymphocyte in 10-30d super-highde the piglet of control group, P<0.05 or P<0.01.Feeding the newly born piglet with the component praeparatum of the four strains', there were no piglets in the experimental group appear death after feed 30d, had 2 piglets in control group dead because of diarrhoea. The piglets' diarrhea ratio of experimental group was 3.5%, but the control group's was 13.6%. The experimental group's average weight-increase was super-exceeded the control group, P<0.05 or P<0.01. The average weight-increase were elevated 18.53%.
