The tobacco is the fond potassium crops, Effects of potassium on tobacco'sgrowth, the output and the quality as well as the cigarette product security. The lowcontent of potassium in leaf tobacco is one of factors that has always been a headachefor improving tobacco production, the leaf tobacco quality and the security enhance.Different flue-cured tobacco cultivars K326, HD, the YUN202 were used asexperiment, materials, to study the potassium and the main organic matter content andthe distribution in different leaf position of tobacco and different organization aroundthe topping time by the ion chromatograph and the flame photometer law around;It was also studied difference K+, Ca2+, Mg2+ leaching out in different flue-curedtobacco leaf surface by simulation rain wash; It was also studied the potassiumcirculation in tobacco body and the influence which accumulates to other mainorganic matters by using the method of girdling flue-cured tobacco stem., as well asrelevance between peroxide enzyme (POD), protoplasmic membrane H+-ATPaseactiveness and potassium assignment, The main results are as follows:1. Topping of the flue-cured tobacco has greatly affects to potassium and thenicotine distribution. Before topping, potassium content slow rise in different spotsleaf tobacco and lateral root and adventitious root; After topping, potassium contentdrops largely; the potassium content is relatively stable in the stem and the main root.Nicotine synthesis and the accumulation in various spots leaf tobacco are promoted bytopping, Nicotine in the leaf tobacco increased quickly after topping, and is obviouslyhigher than the root and the stem. But the influence of topping to nicotine content inthe leaf tobacco main nerve, the branch vein and cane's is small.2. The results of the potassium analysis in the different organization indicate thatthe potassium content is higher in the leaf vein than in the mesophyll organization; thepotassium content is higher in leaf blade's than in the rhizome. To different organization, Other main organic matter analysis result indicated that the Nicotinecontent is higher in the branch vein than in the main nerve; the sugar content in theleaf vein returns is higher than the mesophyll; original state sugar content is higherupside middle than the leaf return to the leaf and lower part leaf; the sugar content inthe cane returns to original state is higher than the root.3. Uses ion chromatograph technology analysis, different flue-cured tobaccodifferent leaf surface K+, Ca2+, Mg2+ leaching out difference findings demonstratedthat leaf tobacco surface is big to K+ and Ca2+ leaching out influence, the leaching outquantity of Mg2+ are few after the rain washing. It exit differences of K+, Ca2+, Mg2+leaching out quantity in different flue-cured tobacco leaf surface. The leaching outquantity of liD is lower than K326 and YUN202.4. The different girdling processing test result indicated that after girdling 7 days,potassium and the reducible sugar content in the leaf tobacco is higher than thecomparison, the Nicotine and the total nitrogen content is lower than the comparison;after girdling 20 days, potassium, the reducible sugar content in various position leafblade and the main nerve is all lower than the comparison, Nicotine content in lowerpart leaf is higher than the comparison, It may obviously enhance the potassiumcontent in various position leaf blade, simultaneously reduces the nicotine after thebase with girdling; It may not obviously enhance the potassium content in Upside leaftobacco, but it has effect to reduce the nicotine in Center lower part after middlewith girdling; It may not obviously enhance the potassium content in Center upsideleaf tobacco, but it has effect to reduce the nicotine after Upside middle with girdling;in particular to enhances the leaf potassium content and reduces, under the nicotinecontent has the positive role Upside upper, middle and lower with girdling at the sametime.5. To analysis the active of peroxide enzyme (POD) and H+-ATP enzyme, theresult shows: It have relevance between POD active and potassium content. ButH+-ATP enzyme activity and the leaf tobacco relevance is not remarkable, H+-ATPenzyme activity is high, potassium content is not along with it ascension, The Reasonpossible is H+-ATP enzyme only to indirecte influencing the K+ transportation and the assignment of leaf tobacco...
