In order to undstand the Damnification effect after staphylococcal enterotoxinB(SEB) enter boiler's organism,Using 72 33-day healthy boilers divided at random intotwo groups,one group were injected with 1ml (50μg/ml) of SEB into the hock joints andthe other one in the same way with 1ml of sterile physiological saline. Isolated the twogroup and foraging and drinking by themselves,observation clinical symptom andpathological change about every group. Taking 6 boilers to gain their blood,and to countof white blood cell and soring count of white blood cell and statistics the quantity changof T lymphocyte every time after injected 1,3,5,7,14,21d; Taking conventional tissueembedding by paraffin wax and get the section, overview the pathological change thoughmicroscope and electron microscope; The content of MDA and activity of SOD in kidneyand liver were measured; detection apoptosisa to kidney though TUN-EL method;detection the chang of Bcl-2,Bax in kidney.The result about the count of white blood cell showed that the count of the infectiongroup significantly higher than control group at1, 3, 7d (p<0.01), infection grouphigher than control group at 5,14d (p<0.05), there no different at 21d. The resultabout the sorting count of white blood cell showed that the heterophil counts of theinfection group at 14d was higher than the control group (p<0.05); the cosinocytecounts of the infection group at 1d was higher than the control group (p<0.05); basocytecounts of the infection group at 1d significantly higher than the control group (p<0.01), and 14d higher than the control group (p<0.05); lympholeukocyte counts of theinfection group at 1d significantly higher than the control group (p<0.01).The result about the T lympholeukocyte esterase staining showed that the counts ofthe infection group at 3d higher than the control group (p<0.05), the counts of theinfection group at 5,7,14,21d significantly higher than the control group (p<0.01).The result about the content of MDA and activity of SOD in kidney and liver wereshowed that MDA content was higher than the control group at1,5d (p<0.05) andsignificantly higher than the control group at 3d (p<0.01) to liver, which wassignificantly higher than the control group at 3,7,14d (p<0.01) and higher than the control group at 21d(p<0.05 )to kidney. The activity of SOD was lower than the controlgroup at 1,5,7d (p<0.05) and significantly lower than the control group at 21d (p<0.01) to liver, which was significantly lower than the control group at 1d (p<0.01)and lower than the control group at 21d (p<0.05) to kidney.Kindey TUNEL result showed that there has more masculine cell at 1 to 5d andno masculine cell in other time after infected SEB.The expression result of Bcl-2,Bax in kidney were showed that the expression washigher than control group at 1,3,5d to Bax,and the expression was higher than controlgroup at 5,7d to Bcl-2,there no different to control group in other time.The result of histological section were showed that SEB cause kidney injuriedmainly.there has sparing hemorrhage at 1 to 5d,and can find slight apoptosisa cellsthough microscope.there some cell become to death at7 to 21d.In conclusion,our results indicate that SEB can bring Inflammatory reaction andcause T lymphocyte proliferation,on the other hand, SEB could to result in some freeradical accumulation in body, The target organ that SEB to produce a marked effect is thekidney, Which to display is induction apoptosisa in earlier period, and bring cell to deathin advanced stage.
