| Ginseng is the most famous traditional Chinese drug in China. Changbai Mountainous isthe main area of ginseng production in Jilin Province. The ultimate output approximately accountof more than 80%. The ginseng business is also characteristic resources and superiority industry inJilin Province and it is the main industry in the north east of China. But in many years except forthe cultivation under the forest, the mostly cultivation had been used to plant by cutting downforests, which threatens ecological environment in Changbai areas. In 2000, government set upnatural forest protection project and it restricted to cut down forest to cultivate ginseng, so ginsengcultivated on farmland become necessity. But if the improvement of soil is not right, it will lead tolow production, heavy diseases and insect pest and bad quality. So the most important step isimprovement of soil. We choose the fermentation-corn-stem, the EM and the diatomaceous toimprove soil environment, based on soil of ginseng.With direction of the GAP regulation, We firstly use the fermentation-corn-stem, the EM andthe diatomaceous to cultivate ginseng on deep plowed farmland soil. We improve soil, fromnutrient, microorganism and physics status of soil. We apply advanced instrument and techniqueto explain the function which improvement of soil promotes the growth of ginseng.In the Fusong mountain area when PH is 5.06, the nutrient of the soil is best but in theLeshan when PH is 4.81 the nutrient of the soil is best. In the improvement soil PH is changedand The soil acidification is suppressed. The soil water content and three-phase compared to alsocompares suits grows in the ginseng, has provided the more ideal soil physics environment forginseng. The fermentation-corn-stem executes into, enhanced effectively the soil the organiccontent; Promoted the available N,available K use, and has created good nutrition environmentBacteria and actinomycosis are good for growth of ginseng. Through using of thefermentation-corn-stem, the EM and the diatomaceous, the number of the bacteria and actinomycosis in the soil is increased and time of the activity is prolonged. It improved effectivelymicroorganism environment of the soil, promoted the growth of ginseng, provided bettermicroorganism environment for ginseng.The ginseng in the improved soil, the difference of physiological indexes is extremelyobvious compared with CK. Especially the effect on parts under the ground is more obvious. Theroots weight increase 20% and roots width increase 34.6% and roots length also increase 20% thanCK, and the shape of roots is better. The ginseng in the improved soil, the area of leaves obviouslyincrease to accelerate growth of the parts underground of the ginseng and composement effectivecomponent by enhancing the area of the photosynthesis then enhance ginseng's economic value.The ginseng in the improved soil its ginsenosides increase 50% than CK, the contents of thesix kinds of the monomer ginsenosides are more than CK through HPLC and it can instead of theginseng in the forests.This research indicates that the effect of improvement soil is according to fertilizefermentation-corn-stem: 15-20kg/m~2, the EM: 100ml/m~2. |
