This paper with different improvement scheme of farmland planted ginseng soil as the experimental material, analyzes the soil pH, EC, organic matter, nitrate nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium content indicators and ginseng root yield and leaf nutrient index, understand different treatments with human ginseng root zone soil nutrients to soil fertility;The bacterial community diversity of the improved soil was analyzed and the results were as follows:1) The yield and nutrition of the ginseng treated with 4 of the 5 treatments had the best.2) 4 treatment of soil nutrient indicators EC, pH, organic matter, nitrate nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium is more suitable for ginseng growth.According to the results of statistical analysis, the nutritional indexes of the soil suitable for ginseng growth were: pH:4.9-5.03 EC:246.33~344 μS/cm Nitrate nitrogen:38.75~43.79 g/kg Available nitrogen:12.91~16.99 mg/kg Available phosphorus:38.76~60 mg/kg Quick acting potassium:278.67~312.33 mg/kg3) 2 and 4 were treated with the same classification unit, and the similarity coefficient was 88%, and the bacterial diversity was different,the second is to deal with 1,3,5. in the five treatment of 12 bacteria in each processing,description in the No.12 strip as the dominant bacteria.4) This study only 2 years of ginseng ginseng soil improvement as a reference.
