Environmental-friendly pesticides made from plant are widely welcome in the world due to its high effective, lower deposition and according with the environment. From the effects of 13 Chinese herbs extract on antimicrobial activities against Fulvia fulva, we have known that Dictamnus dasycarps Turcz. and Fructus Arctii extract were preferably. Extraction conditions of ethanol were optimized by orthorhombic analysis. The best condition: extracting temperature (30℃), extracting time (6h), shaker's rotating speed (200 r/min), the ratio between Dictamnus dasycarps Turcz. and alcohol (1:10), extract 3 times.We have studied the extraction on limits of bacteriostas, stability, effects to plant growth and test its control effect in greenhouse. The result showed that Dictamnus dasycarps Turcz. had certain broad spectrum, when the concentration at 0.01g/ml, for Magnaporthe grisea, Fulvia fulv, Curvularia lunatas and Fusarium solan, inhibitation rate of mycelia growth was 84.96 %,74.39%,67.48% and 67.07%, respectively. The extraction had promotion effects to seed sprouting and seedling emergence. When the extraction was 0.2g/ml, its control effect was 53.90%, it was superior to Nustar and had same effect as Thiophanate-methyl in the common concentration.Stored the extraction in 4℃and room temperature, tested its bacteriostasis activity regularly. The result indicated that the extraction was stable in different storage conditions. From having studied on different temperature, pH, UV irradiation, we have known that the physicochemical property of the extraction were very stable.By determination of PAL and POD of tomato leaf that treated by extraction, the result showed that: the tomato that was treated defense enzymes activity higher than ck in 24h. We can conclude that extraction can enhance tomato disease-resisting abilities.By studied on Dictarnnus dasycarps Turcz. antifeeding activity to Ostrinia furnacalis, Dictamnus dasycarps Turcz. shows higher antifeeding activity, reached 80%, the best antifeeding activity reached 97.22%. Dictamnus dasycarps Turcz. also have insecticidal activity to Ostrinia furnacalis, When the concentration was 10g/ml, correct decreased rate reached 92.86%, When the concentration was 0.675ml/g, the correct decreased rate reached 3.57%; Dictamnus dasycarps Turcz. at the range of testing concentration have lower stomach toxic effects to Ostrinia furnacalis.
