| Experiment in the platform of flow grain system, flow characteristics of different-size Particles are obtained. Suspension velocity and Minimum Fluidization Velocity can be obtained by use of the means of numerical analysis. Accurate suspension velocity is gained by the combination of experiment and theory calculation. Minimum Fluidization Velocity can be obtained by use of the means of pressure fluctuation signal. The result show that variance of pressure fluctuation signal is linear with the velocity in the pipe. With the diameter of Particle increasing, Minimum Fluidization Velocity is increasing. Modern dynamic measure methods unite virtual instrument technology, sensor technology and computer technology, employed in this Paper. The program of data acquisition and analysis was compiled in software LabVIEW. The system can be used to measure the fluctuation signal in vertical pipe simultaneously during the flow process. Pressure fluctuation signal is tested by spectrum analysis. Research on the properties of pressure fluctuation signals. With the same velocity and increase in fill quantity, the main components of airflow frequency minish and the kinetic energy of pressure fluctuation signal enhances.
