Luoning County of Luoyang city is the high grade flue-cured tobacco production base of Henan Province,within the jurisdiction of the Small village and the East Song town is the main producing areas of Luoning tobacco.The Small village and the East Song town where lack of water resources are located in the the Duyang River Basin without water storage and intake project.In order to improve the production level of tobacco leaf and other agricultural production,the Dashijian water source project was builded on the tributary of the LuoRiver in Luoning County.The construction of reservoirs,pumping stations and water supply pipelines and water conveyance channels is the measure to the supply-demand contradiction of water resource which can improve water use efficiency in agriculture.It is of great significance to analyze the scale and design of the project in the construction of the pumping station to reduce the project cost,optimize the design and the safe operation of the project.In the water supply piping system,due to the changes in the pressure inside the tube caused by sudden changes in the flow velocity in the pipeline,the pressure increase or decrease rapidly will cause equipment damage and destruction of pipeline pumping system,more serious can lead to the collapse of buildings pumping station,Therefore,the calculation and protection of pipe water hammer provide an important foundation for the safe operation of water delivery system.Under this background,this paper takes the Dashijian River water source project of Duyang River as an example and studies the calculation of water hammer and hydraulic pressure in the pump station.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:First,according to the relevant norms,the paper determines The characteristics of waterlevel and high pool bottom elevation,pump head,pump type and number,curve of pump operating conditions and pump installation height and other important design parameters and reviewed the north and south shore of a secondary pump and auxiliary mechanical and electrical power by analyzing the water supply scale,pumping station design flow rate,pump station water supply scheme and hydraulic machinery selection of the pumping station of the Dashijian irrigation project.Second,based on the relevant analysis methods and steps of water hammer calculation,the boundary conditions of various water hammer protection measures.The theoretical model of the protective measures of the bypass pipe is established,and the relevant software of the water hammer calculation is used to take the water hammer hydraulic calculation for the three characteristic conditions of the north side of the Dashijian Project.Third,through the comparison of the water supply pipeline without protective measures and set up protective measures,two specific measures to control water hammer against Dashijian irrigation project were put forward: construction of air valve in the pipeline to prevent decompression measures,gas supply for pipeline to preventing hypotension;installed in pumping station on the outlet of slow closing butterfly valve to prevent pressure rise.
