Aplication of wheat's heterosis is a way of increase wheat's yield per cent area. High purity parents, strong heterosis combination, low cost seed production are the key factors of application of wheat hetorisis. We have broken througth in the high purity parents and strong heterosis combination. Low cost wheat hybrid seed production is the most urgent problem. This paper investigates influenceing fertility factors, course of tasseling and flowering and chemic substance regulating wheat development and we aim to establish theory and technique of wheat's hybrid seed production.The hybrid wheat seed purity is low if photo-thermo sensitive male sterlility wheat has high fertility. Date of seeding, individual plant position in block, tiller number per individual plant, spikelet position of wheat spike and flowerlet position of spikelet effect photo-thermo sensitive male sterlility wheat BS210 and BS366 fertility.Hybrid wheat seed production demands parents flower synchronization. We can regulate floresence by date of seeding, fertilizer, irrigation, phytohormone. Knowing the wheat colony's tasseling and flowering course is the important thing when we take steps to regulate floresence. We can regulate restore line Cr147 floresence by date of seeding. Sterile line BS210, BS366, restore line Cr147, Baiyu149 tassle in 10d and flower in 8d. BS366 stigma vigor can maintain 8-10d.Ten sterile line'height remarkably enhances when spraying sterile line'ears and leaves with 10g/666.7m2 920. Excised and intact spikes were soaked in methyl jasmonate (MeJA) or salicylic acid (SA) solution for 2min. The MeJA at the concentration of 0.5, 1.0, 2.0, 4.0mmol/L significantly promoted glume opening of BS210 and BS366 excised spikes. The MeJA at the concentration of 4.0mmol/L can promote glume opening of BS366 intact spikes. The SA at the concentration of 5.0 and 10.0mmol/L could inhibit the glume opening and promote glume closure of BS366.
