| The experimentation of performance on Sand Sampler of Gas Cyclones and Swirl was finished by structure parameter: Noumenon Diameter, Inlets Width and Cone Heights ,which is based on the characteristic of Wind Erosion-wind Tunnel. So sampling efficiency was tested .And Data processing and analyse was carried through. The results of test showed that the average sampling efficiency of sand sampler is between 80~90%. And the change of some parameter has different influence to sampling efficiency. We acquired by Data processing and analyse: Noumenon Diameter don't have obvious difference to sampling efficiency when it change from 50 to 40mm, and Inlets Width don't have obvious difference either when it change from 10 to 8mm to several sand range at different wind speed; Cone Heights don't have obvious difference when it change from 100 to 125mm to 0.8~0.3mm and 0.3~0.076mm at several wind speed, but it has obvious difference to mixed soil; Noumenon Diameter, Inlets Width, Cone Heights was regarded as a factor respectively when its dimension was changed, which don't hasve obvious difference to different sand range. |
