| The sand sampler is one of the important tools that studies wind erosion, it can observe the sand dust with the variety of the height, can collect the sand dust quantity of the dissimilarity height. Set through the sand-dust measured in units can be used to establish sediment transport rate and the total width of sediment transport rate and the relationship between wind speed. Therefore, the design of precise sand sampler is of great significance.By analyzing research results of overseas and domestic scholars in recent years, the paper ascertains the main structural factor which impact performance of sand-sampling: the ratio of inlet height to width, the channels length , hop-pocket's material . According to sand sampler for performance test requirements, designed different structure parameter sand samplersand gathered the structure and the work principles of the sand sampler to carry on the theories analysis and calculations. Using the L4(23) table arranged experimentation scheme and the sand samplers were tested in the Wind Erosion-wind Tunnel. The results indicate the average sampling efficiency to 0.60.15mm is high intermix dust and 0.015 mm followings in 6,9,12,15,18m/s wind speed. It is applicable to the acquisition of soil particles with the form of jump movement. The primary and secondary order of structural factors that affect the efficiency of sand is the ratio of inlet height to width , the channels length , and hop-pocket's material. Inlet size is remarkably factor. By the analysis of variance results, we gained the optimization structure parameter of the sand sampler which the inlet size is 0.5, that is 2.5×5ãŽ,the channels length is 20cm and the hop-pocket's material is falda. At this time to experiment the soil kind, average sampling efficiency of the sand sampler is 80.91% and the conclusion has 90% veracity. |
