The test is composed of two parts; one study is the drought resistance of wild floral limonium bicolor the other study is that the chemical fertilizer exerts the influence of the limonium bicolor growth.The drought resistance test study is divide three step, which are the drought resistance test in seeding stage, the drought resistance test in a period of transplant and the drought resistance test in growth period. The result indicated: in seeding stage, the change of limonium bicolor seeding count is following the change of the soil moisture ratio, if the rang of the moisture ratio in soil is 11.3-36.4%,the limonium bicolor could sprout, when the moisture ratio in soil is 33.1%,the seedlings count of limonium bicolor is maximizing, at present, the mean seedling count is 21.8 in the area of 10cm×10cm. In the period of transplant, the relationship of the survival percentage and the soil moisture ratio is single peak curve, when the soil moisture ratio is 35.5%, the survival percentage of limonium bicolor is maximizing, at present; it can be of 93.37%. In growth period, the focus growth date of limonium bicolor is May, June and July. In this period the growth measure is more than 75 percent in the total growth measure, the soil moisture ratio have distinctness effect on the growth in this period, the growth measure in day average and total growth measure have distinctness differentia in different moisture dispose. In August and September, the growth of Limonium bicolor is slowly, the effect of soil moisture ratio is indistinctive to its growth in this period.The research test of the effect on the growth of Limonium bicolor after the application of fertilizer is applied 144 Limonium bicolors after transplanted and survived, which dived into two groups, inspected the effect on its growth that the leaves area is 400㎠2 low and that the leaves area is 400㎠2 high after application of fertilizer respectively. It is designed three nutrition tests, which are nitrogenous fertilizer, phosphate fertilizer and nitrogenous & phosphate fertilizer, each application of fertilizer is designed 6 levels and each level is 4 repetitions. Nitrogenous fertilizer is (NH4)2HCO3 (The content of rapid available nitrogenous is 46 percent.). Phosphate fertilizer use class A calcium & magnesium phosphate fertilizer; nitrogenous & phosphate fertilizer is (NH4)2HPO4. The result indicated that the effect of leaves area is different after application the nitrogenous fertilizer in different size Limonium bicolors and that the large seedling need nitrogenous fertilizer more than small seedling. The effect that the photosynthetic products accumulated in leaves is not clear in different phosphate fertilizer level. The other word is that the effect of phosphate fertilizer supplies is very low. The effect is different after application nitrogenous fertilizer and application phosphate fertilizer. Application nitrogenous can affect its growth, but application phosphate can't. Therefore, in short of nitrogenous and phosphate nutrition simultaneously, we should give priority to consider application nitrogenous fertilizer or application nitrogenous & phosphate fertilizer. The effects of the growth of limonium bicolor have special variance law after application nitrogenous & phosphate fertilizer, the main reason to product depressing action by early days growing after application nitrogenous & phosphate fertilizer is the nitrogenous over, then produced the pernicious effects, thus, depressing the seedling growth. |
