Because the nitrogenous nutrition play an important part in the modern crops production system, the applied the amount of nitrogen fertilizer has ben increased year by year. The fertilizer benefit reduces generally as more nitrogenous fertilizer was applied .Estimately,The average utilization ratio of nitrogenous fertilizer is 40~60% in the world,but it is only 30~35% in our country;The excessive use of nitrogenous fertilizer has been creating environment pressure and also causing more and more attention. The researches on utilization ratie of nitrogeonous fertilizer have been doing since 70's of the 20th century. Aimed at the goal of high production, high quality and low pollution of in the crop production system, the massive researches the fertilizer nitrogen behavior in the soil and its effective management have been conducted and many beneficial results have been achieved in recent years.This article has mainly studied the effects of the wheat nitrogen absorption by the nitrogenous fertilizer synergist and the effects of the maize nitrogen absorption by the nitrogenous fertilizer synergist, the sepiolite, the humic acid and the super absorbent resin through the method of the field experiment and the plot experiment, and applying different density nitrogenous fertilizer. The main conclusions are as follows:1. The research results showed that applying N fertilizer promotes the absorption of N, P2O5, and the K2O by wheat plant in every period using 15N tracer thchnology. The best applying amount is 300 kg/ha, but when it reaches 450kg/ha,it can in hibit N, P2O5 and K2O absorption of plant.It may not only enhance the utilization ratio of nitrogenous fertiizer on the wheat ,but also has the obvious effects of Increasing production by applying 2% DCD or 0.2%HQ.2. Adding 2~6%DCD or 0.2~0.6%HQ to the urea,bath can obviously promote the corn plant absorption to the nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium nutrients, promot potassium revolvement and assignment in the grain. Mixed DCD or HQ directly with the urea may enhance the utilization ratio of fertilizer and corn output. The suitable amount of DCD is 4%, the suitable amount of HQ is 0.4%.
