Peanut genetic resourses are the foundational materials for peanut breeding.Studies on peanut genetic diversity can provide theoretical foundation for some research,including the collection,management and utilization of peanut genetic resourses,and the reasearch and eastablishment of core germplasm.By ISSR markers and SRAP markers,this paper had studied the diversity of 24 vital germplasm.Though this research,genetic diversity level and gentic relation will be clear.The result was expected to help breeders to master those germplasm,and provide some avilable academic bases and material foundations to genetid research and breeding practice of peanut.ISSR markers and SRAP markers are not mature for peanut,so this research had studied the systems for the two marker on peanut.Major results of this research are described as the following:In this research 13 ISSR primers were selected from 32 ISSR primers.A total of 390 bands were produced by the 13 primers,among which 292 were polymorphic.75%bands was able to discover the genetic difference of the germplasm,which idcates the polymorphic level of ISSR markers was high.The genetiv similar indexes baseed on ISSR markers ranged from 0.60 to 0.80.The 24 germplasms could be classified in to 7 groups by the method of systemic clustering analysis and 8 groups by the method of principal coordinates analysis.In this research 229(91%)pairs SRAP primers were avilable among the 252 pairs primers used.A total of 5827 bands and 3966 bands which can be recognized were produced by the 229 pairs primers,and each pair primer can give 25.45 bands and 17.32 bands respectly in average.The genetic similar indexes based on SRAP markers ranged from 0.67 to 0.78.The 24 germplams studied could be calssified 7 groups by the method of systemic clustering analysis,and 8 groups by the method of principal coordinates analysis,and the results of the two were similar.In this research 229(91%)pairs SRAP primers were avilable among the 252 pairs primers used.A total of 5827 bands and 3966 bands which can be recognized were produced by the 229 pairs primers,and each pair primer can give 25.45 bands and 17.32 bands respectly in average.The genetic similar indexes based on SRAP markers ranged from 0.67 to 0.78.The 24 germplams studied could be calssified 7 groups by the method of systemic clustering analysis,and 8 groups by the method of principal coordinates analysis,and the results of the two were similar.
