Fertilizers are the important means of agriculture production. Its practices at home and abroad have proved that rational application of fertilizer is one of primary measures for agriculture high yield. The purpose of this project is using rich peat in Heilongjiang Province as raw materials and making the suitable nitrified treatment to prepare the nitrified peat humic acid with the activity corresponding to fulvic acid and then synthesize the nitrified compound peat fertilizer with trace elements.In the present paper, using the peat as starting material from the raw base in Huachuan County, analyzing its components including water, ash and total humic acid contents, the measurement result shows Huachuan peat belongs to the herbaceous with medium decomposition. The peat was treated by nitric acid with various mass fractions. According to the mass fraction of nitro-humic acid in nitrization product, the best mass fraction of nitric acid was selected. Results show: there is the highest of humic acid in the nitrization product of 10% nitric acid; 2h of nitrization time is best; and the suitable nitrization temperature is about 100℃.Nitro-humic acid was diluted to a certain concentration, and then did the experiments of seed germination and growth of wheat, corn and cucumber. Results show: a certain concentration of nitro-humic acid has good promotion function to plant germination and growth. But the function isn't same to different plant.The paper contrasts the promotion of nitro-humic acid, weathered coal based humic acid and potassium humate on seed germination and growth of different plants. Results show: nitro-humic acid has better promotion .At last, nitro-humic acid was mixed with trace elements to prepare liquid compound fertilizer, the efficiency of compound fertilizer was done. According to the effects on character and yield of soybean and corn, it was proved that peat nitro-humic acid has better biological activity.
