Citrus limon(L.)Burm.F.cv.Eureka is a popular food for the Citrus fruit of Rutaceae,lemon is a classic fruit using as both medicine and food,it have attracted much attention,Ruili in yunnan province is China's second largest lemon production base,is also one of the important economic crops in local,but local lemon cultivation common fertilizer utilization rate is low,abuse of fertilizers in soil degradation and lemon comprehensive exploitation and utilization of low and humic acid foliar fertilizer as a kind of efficient ecological organic fertilizer is widely used in agricultural products,in view of its characteristics and advantages,this study examines the containing water soluble humic acid fertilizer(WHA),fulvic acid potassium(FAP)and fulvic acid essence(FAD)three types of humic acid foliar fertilizer ruili in yunnan province the influence of different period main secondary metabolites of lemon.In order to provide a scientific basis for the reasonable application of fertilizer and fertilizer for local lemons,as well as the rational application of humic acid leaf surface fertilizer.The specific work in this paper is as follows:(1)Using steam distillation extraction in August 2016 to July 2017,a total of 12 months of lemon essential oil,different treatment group and the treatment group of lemon essential oil content,found after spraying WHA and FAP,lemon and leaf in different months of volatile oil content has increased significantly as compared with the blank control group,and FAD after processing,lemon and leaf in only three volatile oil content has increased significantly as compared with the blank control group,the other in effect is not significant;In December 2016-August 2017 picked three batch of ripe lemon fruit peel extract volatile oil after comparison,found WHA,FAP and FAD lemon peel naphtha content of treatment group were significantly higher than that of blank control group,showed that WHA and FAP to a certain extent,improve the content of volatile oil of lemon leaves,and FAD have less effect on the content of volatile oil of lemon leaf;Using gas chromatography(GC)and GC instrument(GC-MS)for the handling of the group by different leaves and lemon peel naphtha composition has carried on the appraisal,and the relative content,the comparison of the results found that three kinds of humic acid foliar fertilizer of the volatile oil of lemon leaf and affected by the relative content of each component,and a smaller influence on the composition of the type.(2)Using of DPPH scavenging ability test compared the different treatment groups of antioxidant activity of the lime leaves and peel naphtha,found three kinds of humic acid foliar fertilizer of the volatile oil of leaves and lemon peel in vitro antioxidant effect is better than not fertilization of the blank control group,Using disc diffusion method for the handling of the group by different leaves and lemon peel naphtha in e.coli,staphylococcus aureus inhibitory effect was determined and compared,found WHA and FAP treatment group leaves and lemon peel essential oil bacteriostatic effect on the whole is better than that of blank control group(CK).(3)To give different processing lemon fruit set of main external quality and internal quality were determined and compared the results found WHA and fruit quality of FAP treatment group,the edible rate,rate of juice,and vitamin C,total acid,total sugar and soluble solids content is significantly higher than CK group,The above indexes of FAD treatment group were less than that of the blank group.In addition,the lemon fruit index in the treatment group of three kinds of humic acid leaf fertilizer treatment group was less than that of the blank group.(4)By using ultraviolet spectrophotometry and the forint phenol method for different perinatal lemon fruit processing group of the content of total flavonoids and total phenol was determined and compared,including,WHA and FAP effect best,different perinatal lemon fruit of total flavonoids and total phenol content is different,different processing each part of the group of lemon fruit flavonoids and total phenol content in December 2016,the highest,next April,2017,in August 2017,is the lowest.
