The purpose to know about the different rearing mode of the Holstein Cows' energy, proteinand the mineral substance nutritional status. This experiment selected 162 adult cows includingthe pro-lactation (7~100d) dairy cows, mid-lactation (100~200d) dairy cows and ana-lactationdairy which carded out the determination of blood biochemical indicator and.cows from thepersonal cow household of Shuangcheng area, the small cow farming of Qiqihaer Fuyu area, thelittle cow breeds district of Mudanjiang Hailin farming, the modenazition cow fanning ofLiaoning Zhangwu To analyzed various local cow's nutritional status and the influence of differentrearing mode in the blood biochemical index, I determined the contents of the serum glucose, thetotal protein, the albumin, the glutamic-oxal(o)acetic transaminase;, the alkalinity phosphatase, theurea nitrogen, the free fatty acids, the calcium, the phosphorus, the magnesium in useing theultraviolet spectrophotometer and the automatic biochemistry analyzer..The results indicated:The numerus of BUN, NEFA, Glu, Alp and P in the cow blooding serum changedcompararitively large,expecially BUN and NEFA.In the ana-lactation the BUN in the blooding serum of personal cow household and small cowfarming are 2.14±0.55 mmol/l and 2.18±0.62 mmol/l;the BUN in the blooding serum of the littlecow breeds district and the modenazition cow farming are 2.91±0.24 and 2.99±0.25 mmol/l,theBUN in the blooding serum of personal cow household and small cow farming are significantlower the little cow breeds district and the modenazition cow farming (p<0.05).In the pro-lactation the BUN in the blooding serum of personal cow household is2.13±0.51mmol/l which is more significant lower than the other breeding mode (p<0.01),theBUN of the little cow breeds district and the modenazition cow farming are higher which are3.84±0.49mmol/l and 3.30±0.91mmol/l.The P in the blooding serum of the modenazition cowfarming is the lowest which is 1.68±0.15mmol/l that is more significant lower than the otherbreeding mode (p<0.05).The Glu in the blooding serum of personal cow household is the lowestwhich is 2.36±0.28mmol/l that is more significant lower than the other breeding mode (p<0.05),however the NEFA is the highest which is 579.16±159.21amol/l that is more significanthigher than the other breeding mode (p<0.05).In the mid-lactation the BUN in the blooding serum of personal cow household is the lowest which is 2.19±0.49μmol/l.The BUN of the little cow breeds district is the highest which is3.91±0.59μmol/l, however the NEFA is the lowest which is 237.2±144.27μmol/l.It find that the nutrition in the ana-lactation dairy which are breeded in the personal cowhousehold is not lack and the suppling of energy in the pro-lactation dairy cows and mid-lactationdairy cows are not enough, the suppling of protein in the pro-lactation dairy COWS is not enough inthe nutritional status determination.The reason are related to the extensive feeding and badroughage quality.The suppling of energy in the pro-lactation dairy cows and mid-lactation dairycows which are breeded in small cow farming are both not enough,but the protein in thepro-lactation dairy cows is not enough..The suppling of energy in the pro-lactation dairy cowswhich are breeded in the little cow breeds district is not enough,not in the other lactation,but theurea nutrogen level is little higher in the all cows which evdenced that the protein is too much.Thesuppling of energy and protein in the cows which are breeded in the modenazition is balance,thenutritional status of the cows are well.The numerus of TP and Alb in the blooding serum of the Holstein Cows' in this area are moresignificant lower than the abroad reported (p<0.05),the BUN is more higher than other areareported (p<0.05),the Glu is not different from abroad and Shanghai reported, but is lower thanTaiwan area reported (p<0.05),the P is not different from abroad reported but higher than otherareas ofdomesic (p<0.05). The TP and Glu in the youth cows are higher than Shanghai areasreported.The TP, AIb and BUN in the youth cows are higher than in the adult cows (p<0.05),butthe ALP is higher than adult cows (p<0.01).
