The effects of tour diets with similar concentrate-to-forage diets on nutrientsflow, digestion performance and nitrogen balance were evaluated using 4 liuyangblack goats that were surgically and permanently fitted ruminant ,duodenal top, andileum bottom T-shaped cannulas in a 4×4 Latin square design with 17-d perperiod. The peNDF content were determined using the Penn State particle separatorand were 19.27%, 23.13%,24.81%,28.26%for the dietl,diet2,diet3,diet4 ,respectively, and the physical effectiveness factors for the diet one, diet two, diet three, diet four were64.96%,77.99%,83.66%,95.28%,respectively.The results showed that:1. Digestion of starch and flow in the tractWhen goats fed different diets starch in duodenal flow, digestive amount of areagastrica and small intestine, digestibility of area gastrica on goats were significantlyaffected by peNDF content, and effects of starch of intake, ileum and fecal flow, digestibility of small intestine and total tract, digestive amount of total tract were notfound in the study. A trend of increased starch in duodenal flow and small intestineand decreased digestibility and digestive amount of starch in area gastrica was existedwith increased peNDF content of diets.2. Digestion and flow of NDF and ADF in the tractThere were significantly difference of NDF flow in fecal digestive amount anddigestibility of small intestine when goats fed four different peNDF content diets, andno effect of NDF on intake and flow duodenal and ileum ,digestive amount anddigestibility of area gastrica , digestibility and digestive amount of total tract wasfound., and decreased NDF digestive amount and digestibility was found withincreased peNDF content. The result about ADF was similar with NDF ,but decreasedADF in facel flow with increased peNDF content of diets from the first diet to thethird diet.3. Digestion and flow of N in the tract N intake, flow and digestion of goats were not affected by different peNDF contentdiets.4. Digestion and flow of OM in the tractOM of digestive amount and digestibility of small intestine were affected bypeNDF content diets, but there were no effect on OM intake flow of duodenal, ileumand fecal, digestive amount and digestibility of area gastrica, digestive amount anddigestibility of total tract.5. Digestion and flow of AA in the tractThere were significantly difference on Glu of A in duodenal flow when goats feddifferent peNDF content of diets, but the others were not and about composition ofAA, Ala was affected by different diets, but the others were not .No effect about AAflow in ileum was found Glu, Ieu content increased peNDF content. Digestibility ofsmall intestine of Glu, Arg were significantly affected by diets, but others were not.6. Nitrogen balanceNitrogen balance was not significantly affected by peNDF content of diets. Thehighest amount and rate of retention nitrogen was the first diet, retentive rate andamount of nitrogen was decreased with increased peNDF content from19.27%to28.26%...
