The test was performed at tobacco engineering center pilot bases and cropphysiology and molecular biology experiments room in Hunan AgriculturalUniversity in 2006, take their crosses for materials include two types of parents:flue-cured tobacco×red sun-cured tobacco and flue-cured tobaccoxnicotiana.rustica. L, and their crosses. Comparative analysised the mean heterosis(Ht), heterobeltiosis(Hbt) and contrastive heterosis(Ch) of agronomic traits, physiological traits, yieldtraits, and quality traits in different types of tobacco hybrid offspring's. The purpose isto study tobacco's interspecific heterosis,and in order to provide a theoretical basis forriddling new tobacco breed which has high yield and high quality and improving thelevel of breeding techniques. The results showed:1 The study of six F1 hybrids included in two types of the combination show adifferent degree of heterosis, and between the two types of heterosis size differences.As can be seen from agronomic traits, flue-cured tobacco×red sun-cured tobaccotypes of crosses showed both positive and negative heterosis. flue-curedtobaccoxnicotiana. rustica.L types of crosses height, girth shown good positiveheterosis, other indicators of heterosis is inapparent, and the heterosis was less thanthe first type. physiological traits heterosis of flue-cured tobacco×red sun-curedtobacco types is significantly weaker than the second type. Physiological traitsheterosis of flue-cured tobaccoxnicotiana. rustica. L types is strong, performancepositive heterosis mostly. Quality character traits and economic traits of two types ofgroups performance for both positive and negative heterosis coexist.Agronomic traits and physiological traits of two types of groups show a certaindegree of positive contrastive heterosis,quality traits and economic traits showedadvantages for both positive and negative contrastive heterosis.By choosing two different kinds of tobacco breed appropriately can abtainhigh-yield and good compositive traits hybrid offspring, compared the two types ofcombinations of this study, flue-cured tobacco×red sun-cured tobacco types of hybrid offspring is easier to elect good quality and high yield of hybrid, althoughphysiological metabolism of hybrid offspring of flue-cured tobacco×nicotiana.Rusti-ca. L types is hearty, quality and comprehensive economic traits is poor.The total dry matter accumulation of groups of the flue-cured tobacco×red sun-cured tobacco types performance different accumulation quantity due to differentcombinations, accumulated peak periods'arrive later than the second types, dry matteraccumulation of flue-cured tobacco×nicotiana.rustica.L types is moderate, and theadvent of accumulated peak arrive earlier.
