This paper is based on Hunan area ecological conditions. With10Hunan province self-breeding flue-cured tobacco lines (K326as control) as materials, the regional trial was carried out in four Hunan districts, Yongzhou, Chenzhou, Liuyang and the Hunan Agricultural University. Through comprehensive evaluation on the seedling stage, field condition and the tobacco leaves indexes after cured, acclimatizable new Flue-cured Tobacco Varieties in Hunan Province was preliminary screened out. It provided materials to Hunan for the breeding of good flue-cured tobacco varieties, and realized sustainable development of tobacco leaves in Hunan area. The main results are as follows:1. In seedling stage, for converting enzyme activity, nitrate reductase activity, the root activity, MDA content, chlorophyll content and the whole plant dry weight, the highest (or most) is line V2, V4, V2, V7, V6, V2; the lowest (or minimum) is line V1, V18, V1.V4.V17(ck), V17, respectively.2. In field condition, lines V2, V18showed the highest in resistance, and V1, V6is worst. Carbon metabolism in V8was strongest, followed by V8, V6, while VI was worst. Nitrogen metabolism in V2, V3, V8, V17and V18performed better, and V4, V5, V9was in poor performance. For chlorophyll content, on the35day after transplanting, the highest was line V6, followed by V4, and the control line V17was the lowest; while15days later, the highest was V8, with V1the lowest; then at80days after transplanting, the highest was V5, followed by V4, with V1the lowest.3. The variety of dry matter. At35days after transplanting, each tested line (species) of flue-cured tobacco plants accumulated dry matter little, at a dry weight of7.78-11.22g/line, in which the highest was V6against minimum V7, In the35-50days, the accumulation of each tested line dry matter increased rapidly, with dry weight of88-130.21g/line, and the highest was in V8, followed by V2, then minimum V1; In50-65days after transplanting, dry matter accumulation was still rising rapidly, to a dry weight of182.17-263.00g/line range; the highest was V18against the lowest V1.4. In the Hunan region, the rest did not produce tobacco mosaic; black shank was only happened in line V6. In general, line V7was most susceptible to tobacco mosaic; V6was most susceptible to black shank; line V2had strong resistance to all3diseases; Difference in resistance to the three kind diseases between the rest lines and the control V17is little.5In the Hunan region,the comprehensive economic characters in V2performs the best, followed by V18, the worst was V6. The comprehensive economic characters in the whole area of Hunan in V18performed the best, followed by V2, V7, and V1performed the worst.6. In the Hunan region, on the chemical components comprehensive evaluation, line V2, V8, V9were good at both upper and middle leaves, whereas line VI, V3, V4performed bad, and V17, v18performed medium, as the upper leaves of V17, V18was good but middle.7.1n the Hunan region, the best in high yield ability performance is line V18, then V2, V7, V8, while the worst is V1; in stability performance, the best is V18, followed by V17, V8, and V6was worst.
