Biological Activity Of Mixture Of OTAC And Pesticides To Magnaporthe Grisea And Nilaparvata Lugens Stal

Toxicity of the octadecyl trimethyl ammonium was measured in this paper. Theresults show that OTAC strongly inhibit the mycelium growth and spore germination ofMagnaporthe grisea in vitro. Toxicity regression equation of OTAC inhibition myceliumgrowth of Magnaporthe grisea is Y=1.2537+1.5510X (r=0.9866), EC₅₀ is260.264mg/L.Then,the separate toxicity measurement of isoprothiolane and tricyclazoneshow that toxicity regression equations of isoprothiolane is Y=2.4256+3.4651X, EC₅₀ is5.533 mg/L; toxicity regression equations of tricyclazone is Y=4.9192+0.6690X, EC₅₀ is1.32 mg/L.When the octadecyl trimethyl ammonium and isoprothiolane are mixed at anyvolume ratio, their factual restraint ratio is bigger than the theoretical one, the toxicityratio is＞1,the mixture of 2:8 is the best, the toxicity ratio is 1.36,cotoxicity coefficientis 164,the ratio of a.i. is 52:4.4. When the octadecyl trimethyl ammonium andtricyclazone are mixed at any volume ratio, the effect among the mixtures is additiveeffect.The method of toxicity measurement agaist Nilaparvata lugens Stal is the rice-stemdipping method. Toxicity regression equation of OTAC is Y=2.7289+1.1206X, LC₅₀ is106.36mg/L; Buprofezin is Y=3.6642+1.1423X, LC₅₀ is 14.7708mg/L;Dichlorvos isY=2.8010+1.6841X, LC₅₀ is 20.22mg/L;Imidacloprid is Y=3.9407+1.7422X, LC₅₀ is4.0556mg/L. When the octadecyl trimethyl ammonium and Imidacloprid are mixed at 6:4and 3:7 on volume ratio, the ratio of a.i. are 63.82:1.64 and 31.91:2.87, the toxicity ratioare 1.62 and 1.35. When the octadecyl trimethyl ammonium and Buprofezin are mixed at8:2 and 6:4 on volume ratio, the ratio of a.i. are 85.09:2.96 and 63.82:5.92, the toxicityratio are 1.94 and 1.62. When the octadecyl trimethyl ammonium and Dichlorvos aremixed at any ratio, the effect among the mixtures is additive effect.
