The paper was studied on the high cellulase activity,facultative anaerobic Bacillus spp. Took the fresh cow feces as the sample, and killed the non-Bacillus spp after 80℃water baths to utilize the refractory characteristic of the Bacillus spp. The Congo red flat plate staining method was used to deteriminat and calculat the transarent circle, then 13 strains which have the higher cellulase activity was selected out. Based on the physiological and biochemical identification,elected cellulase activity higher facultative anaerobic Clostridium spp. It was made from suspension, 0.5 ml dose, the average weight by intraperitoneal injection 20g mouse, Determination of the mice out of the LD50 2.3×1010/ml. Each diet viable(or spores) for a 2×to 105~106-standards confirmed that the strain is relatively safe.Studied on the conditions of producing cellulose on these Bacillus spp, the main factors how to influence the enzyme activity of bacteria(carbon source, nitrogen source, the temperature of fermentation, fermentation time, the initial medium pH, inoculum size) under different conditions was deteriminde, thus choosed the optimal condition. First single factor were measured under the conditions of each of the factors affecting the activity of cellulose. Under the single-factor for the results, design of six three-level orthogonal factor test(L27(313)) conditions for the production of optimization, thus screening out the best fermentation culture conditions: carbon: bran 1%, nitrogen source: beef extract 2%, the initial PH:8.0, fermentation temperature: 42℃, fermentation time: 36 hours, inoculum3%.This was be made of visable organism preparation, choose 24 physiological indicators consistent weaned rabbits fed test Design control group(normal raising) and the experimental group(added live fungus preparation), 30 days after the feeding, determinated their droppings, and different segments of cellulose enzyme, protease, amylase, compared differences between the two groups,and counted the effect on Rabbit growth. The results showed that feces and intestinal cellulose enzyme activity has risen markedly, the pilot group and the control group were significant difference(P<0.01); proteinase activity, no significant changes in the test group and control group the difference was not significant(P>0.05); Amylase activity also have been affected to some extent, intestinal amylase activity, slightly higher than the test group. Analysis of variance is not significantly 0.05); cecal contents. Test group and the control group amylase activity was significant difference(P<0.01); jejunum and content, experimental group than the control group amylase activity was increased significantly(P<0.05), therefore, Adding in the Diet Ecologcs of amylase have a certain influence.
