This article had conducted the research to the cut Common Callalily on pretreatmentpreservative and cold storage. Through chemical type and density orthogonal experiment, vase life in cut flowers under different solutions were studied, the best pretreatmentpreservative was screened out and used to pretreat cut Common Callalily. Inhibit loss ofwater, the content Of soluble sucrose, protein and malondialdehyde (MDA), the activitiesof peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT) were investigated. The physiology mechanismand the factors on senescence of Common Callalily had initially explored. The main resultsare as follow:It is easier to regulate environment factors in optimizing sunlight greenhouses than incommon ones, and suitable chemical type and concentration treatment for CommonCallalily are found. 100 mg/L GA3,150 mg/L Al2(SO4)3,200 mg/L8-HQC were the besttreatments, which prolonged respectively 8.6 days, 8.3 days and 8.0 days. The vase lifewere 21.12%, 18.57% and 12.68% higher than collator.Through chemical type and density orthogonal experiment, the fresh preservation ofCut Common Callalily was studied. The first experiment choose sugar, 8-HQC and GA3 asthree factors, concentration was the level. The results show that sugar was the centralfactor for the vase life on Cut Common Callalily, in the next place was GA3 and 8-HQC.The second experiment choose sugar, Co(NO3)2, GA3 and Al2(SO4)3 as four factors, concentration was the level. The results show that sugar was the central factor for the vaselife on Cut Common Callalily, in the next place was GA3,Al2(SO4)3 and Co(NO3)2.Cut Common CallaLily are pretreated with different pretreatment solutions: treatmentC:10g/L sugar+200mg/L 8-HQC+100mg/L GA3. treatment D: 10g/L sugar+150mg/LAl2(SO4)3 + 100mg/L Co(NO3)2 + 100mg/L GA3 and two common pretreatmentpreservatives: 4mmol STS and 1000mg/L AgNO3. The results show that treatment with10g/L sugar+100mg/L Co(NO3)2+150mg/L Al2(SO4)3+100mg/L GA3 NO3)2 proves to bethe most efficient, Which increased the fresh weight and vase life, the max flowerdiameter and the max flower length were 36.7% and 26.0% longer than collator. Thistreatment could delay senescence and enhance the ornamental value, effectively. The influence of pretreatment preservative combined with different cold storagetechnology (Dry storage and wet storage)on the physiological and biochemical changes ofcut Common Callalily cold stored for 7 days at 5~6℃were investigated. The resultsindicated that: pretreatment preservative before cold-storage improved the flower qualityand the vase life was 9.7 days, increased the contents of water, soluble sucrose and CATactivity and delayed the decrease of protein content, inhibited the rise of POD activity and reduced the accumulation of MDA in cold stored cut Common Callalily. The mosteffective measures were wet storage combined with preservative treatment.
