The residue dynamics of HW-02 were studied in corn and soil. The residue dynamics accumulation and ultimately residue of HW-02 were detected by GC-μ-ECD and GC-MS, respectively.The limit of detection of HW-02 by GC-μ-ECD was 5×10-11 g, The limit of quantification of HW-02 by GC-μ-ECD was 0.005mg·kg-1, the recovery of the method was 77.6-100.0%; The limit of detection of HW-02 by GC-MS was 5×1010g, The limit of quantification of HW-02 by GC-MS was 0.01mg·kg-1 The recovery of the method was 77.0-101.2%.When high dosage 900g a.i·hm-2 30% HW-02 EC was applied in corn and soil, Two years' field test showed that residues of HW-02 in corn and soil were 4.25-7.38 mg·kg-1, 1.85-2.91 mg·kg-1 original, the half-life of HW-02 was 0.2-0.4d in corn, 0.1-0.4d in soil, respectively. The degradation procedure of HW-02 can be described by first-order kinetics equation, C=C0e-kt. In soil, the dynamic equation in 2005 was c=1.7842e-09784t (Changchun) and c=1.6607e-0.7932t (Hailun), the dynamic equation in 2006 was c=1.1579e-0.8205t (Changchun) and c=1.2377e-0.7921t (Hailun). In the plant of corn, the dynamic equation in 2005 was c=2.2984e-1.2880(Changchun) and c=5.4284e-3.8710t (Hailun), the dynamic equation in 2006 was c=5.4144e-1.0430t(Changchun) and c=5.8023e-1.1372t (Hailun). The degradation rate was more than 90% in corn after 3 days, the results showed that HW-02 is easy to degrade in corn and soil.The final residual concentration of HW-02 in corn and soil was determined. Two years' field test showed that, when 900g a.i·hm-2, 450g a.i·hm-2 HW-02 EC was applied in corn and field; the final residue of HW-02 in corn and soil fell below detectable limit. The result supported that the final residual concentration was no related to applying dosage. When the applying dosage increased, the residue of HW-02 had no accumulation.Through comparing and analyzing, the superiority of GC-μ-ECD and GC-MS analytical technologies were studied, there was no remarkable differentia between the GC-μ-ECD and the GC-MS analytical technologies.The adsorption of HW-02 by soil was studied by equilibrium method. Five different types of soil were used in the study. HW-02 solutions (20mL) of different density were added to soil (lg) and were shaken at 25C, A GC method was carried out to detect the HW-02 in water after 24 hours. The result showed that the adsorption of HW-02 was mainly influenced by organic carbon content.
