This experiment study on residue analytical detect method and residue dynamic of emamectin benzoate in Chinese cabbage and soil.The emamectin benzoate in soil and chinese cabbage sample analytic determination by HPLC-FLD. The limit of detection (LOQ) was 2.0×10-11g.The emamectin benzoate add concentration is 0.01 mg/kg,0.1 mg/kg,0.5 mg/kg in soil. Add recovery average and C.V.of the method ranged from 80.54% to 89.84% and 4.5%to 7.0%,the limit of quantification(LOQ)was 0.002mg/kg. The emamectin benzoate add concentration is 0.01,0.1 mg/kg,0.5 mg/kg in Chinese cabbage. Add recovery average and C.V.of the method ranged from 90.02% to 92.74% and 4.7%to 11.4%,the limit of quantification(LOQ)was 0.005mg/kg.2009-2010 The emamectin benzoate both in jilin and shandong province of field experiment, with 10% mamectin benzoate WG3.375 g/667 m2.As results:in 2009 the emamectin benzoate in soil the dynamic equation was C=0.0114e-0.0179t, Correlation coefficient r=0.8988, t1/2=24.9d(Jilin); the dynamic equation was C=0.0085e-0.0443t,Correlation coefficient r=0.9880, t1/2=12.9d(Shandong);in 2009 the emamectin benzoate in chinese cabbage the dynamic equation was C=0.0332e-0.0857t Correlation coefficient r=0.6536, t1/2=22.1d (Jilin),the dynamic equation was C=0.0497e-0.1015t,Correlation coefficient r=0.8161, t1/2= 11.8d(Shandong); in 2010 the emamectin benzoate in soil the dynamic equation was C=0.0205e-0.0219t, Correlation coefficient r=0.9379, t1/2=24.6d(Jilin); the dynamic equation was C=0.0195e-0.046t,Correlation coefficient r=0.8897, t1/2=1.5d(Shandong); in 2010 the emamectin benzoate in chinese cabbage the dynamic equation was C=0.0655e-0.2189t Correlation coefficient r=0.7819, t1/2=7.0d (Jilin),the dynamic equation was C=0.0107e-0.4917t,Correlation coefficient r=0.1833, t1/2=0.6d(Shandong). Accord with first-degree dynamics C=C0ekt,so the emamectin benzoate was easy to degrade in soil and plant.Use 10% emamectin benzoate WG in jilin, shandong two years two to determine the soil and plant Chinese cabbages harvest-time residue are below 0.01 mg/kg. The emamectin benzoate in chinese cabbage pesticide residue limits for 0.1 mg/kg in Japanese.Suggest 10% emamectin benzoate in Chinese cabbage pesticide residue limits for 0.1 mg/kg, in Chinese cabbage stem leaf spray usage is not higher than 33.73 g/hm2, use at most 2 times, security clearances 7 days. Another using oscillation balance method to study the emamectin benzoate on three different particle size charcoal and 2 different types in the soil adsorption-desorption test, test adsorption of armour exogenous charcoal emamectin benzoate in soil adsorption effect of Adsorption-desorption process.The results show that emamectin benzoate in soil and charcoal with the adsorption and desorption Freundlich equation. Charcoal to EmamectinBenzoate has a strong adsorption ability.
