| Taking Daliufenzi country , which lie in middle of Yinshan mountain northern area, as an example, Evaluated comprehensive benefits of eco- agricultural construction and analyzed the coordinated development of economy-environment system. Economic efficiency of eco-agricultural construction was evaluated with Cobb-Douglos function model. According to the method of located observation, studied ecological benefits and evaluated ecological benefits comprehensively to the plot of Caragana Korshinskii Kom ,Hippophae rhamnoides ,Hippophae rhamnoides of Russia, Elaeagnus angustifolia.Evaluated comprehensive benefits in three respects:economy , ecology and society by Hierarchy Process. On the basis, studied on the coordinated development in the process of constructing eco-economy agriculture in five years. The results showes as follows:(1) The key factors for increasing of output value of farming is expansion of irrigated land area and development of livestock farming in Daliufenzi country.(2) Because of conversed farmland to forest or grassland, enhanced vegetation cover degree, improved grass vegetation recovery ability and wind protection effect, Improved soil water movement and retain water, improved physical and chemical properties of soil, improved the rate of soil water penetration, improved the ability of holding soil water, Increased the content of soil organic matter and total nutrient. Caragana Korshinskii Kom. Plot had the best ecological benefit in 5 kinds of land of conversing farmland to forest or grassland.(3) During 5year's eco- agricultural construction,environment tends to improvement gradually,economy benefit tends to increasing year by year. Economy-environment system developed gradually from fundamental inharmonious to fundamental coordinated. But,Economy-environment system develop inharmonious in the last stage of eco- agricultural construction, Eco- agricultural construction is a long term and difficut assignment in the area.
