Inner Mongolian Cashmere Goat plays an important role in the world. Its breeding theories and methods have gone into the lead in the latest 20 years. At present, the method, mixed line animal model---BLUP, has been accepted widely and derived better results in the animal breeding process. It is significant to cut down the cost price of animal breeding by using the less datas in the animal breeding process. In order to remove disadvantages by missing data in estimated breeding value, comparing with accuracy of estimated breeding value between raditional and PROC MI method, which deal with the missing data during the breeding practice, this paper suggests PROC MI methed to deal with missing datas which will influence accuracy of estimated breeding value. It got the following results:1 It is usually an accepted method that Applying animal model BLUP estimates breeding value of target traits. PROC MI method to deal with the missing data does not change basic-statistics and population distribution of the cashmere performance data, however,. the accurate of missing data is concerned with the constrained condition. The method does not influence genetic parameters when missing proportion is under 50 percent, such as inheritance estimates of cashmere yield(Appendix 3). It can not degrade accuracy of estimated breeding value of cashmere yield in the proper constrained condition..2 Accuracy of estimated breeding value influenced by some missing proportion data can be measured by three indexes, namely repetition proportion of selected Ram, simple coefficient correlation and rank correlation coefficient of breeding value.3 Applying PROC MI method to deal with the missing data of cashmere performance, the best constrained condition is the extremum of cashmere performance in its lifetime, namely, when missing proportion is lower than 33%, it does not influence accuracy of estimated breeding value of cashmere yield per annum.
