In order to meet the requirement of the development of cashmere goat industry, and improve the matching accuracy and scientific of breeding sheep selection and the production efficiency as the goal, using information technology and modern breeding theory could make cashmere goats for accurate management and scientific breeding. The system used MVC software design pattern,B/S three-tier network architecture, database, BLUP breeding and other technologies, the design and development based on RFID cashmere goat breeding production management systems; And the system contained information management, breeding analysis, production management,nutrition regulation and benefit analysis and other functional modules. The system used WOMBAT genetic evaluation software calculated cultivation and inbreeding coefficient, then determined the optimal combination parents; Through the joint breeding accelerated advances in genetic improvement of cashmere goat economic traits, and supported the production technology for the production of different breeding objectives. Based on cashmere goats individual information, the system could automatically generated recommendations of sheep grading,breeding, selecting and cluster grouping; It was also generated warnings of materials, diet recipe and production time(such as pre-production period, light control for increase cashmere, grazing duration, prevention, feeding and so on), it provided technical support for cashmere goat breeding and efficient feeding, thus enabled cashmere goat breeding and production of information technology standardized and scientific.The experiment established on three core breeding population of cashmere goats in Inner Mongolia, selected 379 2-year-old ewe, and analyzed phenotypic traits( body size and fiber traits),elaborated Cashmere Goats body size and fiber traits of relevance cashmere yield and weight of cashmere goat, the result showed that: 3-breeding nucleus there were some differences between body size and fiber traits. The 3-breeding nucleus bases cashmere diameter, length, cashmere yield respectively 13.72μm, 7.53 cm, 511.65 g, 13.79μm, 6.59 cm, 456.82 g, 13.98μm, 7.90 cm, 492.68 g.The regression equation was Y1=44.99+43.26X2+2.80X7; Y2=5.48+0.19X6+0.09X7.(Y1 、 Y2 represent raw cashmere weight and live body weight; X2,X6 and X6 represent cashmere thickness、body length、heart girth respectively.)The light control test were built in Etuoke qianqi of Ordos City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region on Apr. 2014 to Apr. 2015.The results showed that the cashmere goats could growth cashmere in non-growth season(May – August.There was no significant differences for cashmere fineness and fleece weight after light control(P> 0.05), but cashmere group increased thickness,length velvet and cashmere weight were significantly higher than natural grazing group, to 6.89 cm,9.67 cm, 669.38 g.
