The double-low spring rape"Qing You No.14", Single factor and five level randomize design were used in this experiment. The photosynthesis related characters of boron and zinc on Rape, dry matter accumulation and distribution, accumulation of boron,zinc,Nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium,resistance index, effects on yield and Quality of Rape were studied systematically. Main results were as follows:1.leaf area index, photosynthetic potential, content of chlorophyll, the soluble suger content, dry matter accumulation of boron and zinc onRape have been effected in different degree.Bestowed boron and zinc present that B2>B1>B3>B0>B4 and Zn2>Zn1>Zn3>Zn0>Zn4,respectively.2. The contents of nitrogen and phosphorus and the change in unit dry matter are improved by increasing boron and zinc application within a permissive extent.3.Proper boron and zinc application is propitious to improve activities of SOD and POD, decrease content of MDA, and strengthen the capability to resist stress tolerance.4.The oil ratio, coarse protein, glucosinolates of boron and zinc on Rape have been effected. The grain yield and oil quantity are in relation of conic sections with the boron and zinc application.5.The upper grain yield(3154.18kg/hm2)and oil quantity(1344.61kg/hm2) are acquired when the proper boron application of Rape is 18.19kg/hm2; The upper grain yield(2958.18kg/hm2)and oil quantity(1344.61kg/hm2) are acquired when the proper znic application of Rape is 14.64kg/hm2.
