The mechanisms and influencing factors of Cd absorption of Cd, Cu acumulation and tolerance of Iris pseudacorus L. were studied by hydroponic culture with different contentrations of Cd(supplied with CdCl2·2.5H2O), Cu(supplied with CuSO4·5H2O).The main results are as follows:1 The tolerance and accumulation of Iris pseudacorus L.Effects of cadmium and cuprum on the tolerance and accumulation of Iris pseudacorus L. were studied by hydroponic culture with different concentration of Cd, Cu.The result indicated that the contents of Cd and Cu are high in the leaves and roots of Iris pseudacorus L, and it could uptake more Cd than Cu.In leaves, the concentration of Cd and Cu been up to 168.6μg·g-1 and 30.1μg·g-1,while in roots, they have been to 610.9μg·g-1 and 384.6μg·g-1.In these concentration compages, the leaves could accumulate Cd at a high rate,Cd50mg·g-1+Cu50 mg·g-1,Cd80mg·g-1+Cu30 mg·g-1,Cd80mg·g-1+Cu50 mg·g-1.At the concentration of Cd50mg·g-1+Cu50 mg·g-1, Iris pseudacorus L. could accumulate Cd and Cu at a high rate:inleaves,Cd82.908μg·g-1, Cu30.722μg·g-1,in roots, Cd266.181μg·g-1, Cu395.83μg·g-1,and at this concentration the plant could grow well, the dry weight of leaves and roots of it were 64.3% and 81.1% of the concentration compage (Cd0mg·g-1+Cu50 mg·g-1)'s.As the concentration of Cd and Cu in the solution increase, the weight of the shoot and root of lris pseudacorus L. descend, while the content of Cd and Cu in the shoot and root increase.there has a veray clear connection between weight of the plant and the Cd, Cu content.2 The effects of different Cd and Cu concentrations on physiological and biochemistry properties of Iris pseudacorus L.Effects of Cd and Cu and their compound contamination on physiological activity of Iris pseudacorus L. The result shows: As the increase of the concentration of Cd and Cu,MDA content in leaves increase, content of chlorophyll decrease, contents of proline increase; activity of POD and SOD increase in the lower concentration and early days, but decrease in the higher concentration and later days.3 The effects of different concentration EDTA and CA on the physiological and biochemistry properties of Iris pseudacorus L. under Cd and Cu pressure in different diconcentrations.EDTA and CA could reduce the tense of decreasing of chlorophyll under different Cd and Cu concentrations pressure, and as the increase of the concentration of EDTA and CA, the effect is better, and EDTA is better than CA. Under lower concentration of Cd and Cu, 0.5 mmol·L-1 EDTA has some effect on reducing the concentration of MDA, the lowest was 73.2% of CK, while 5mmol·L-1 EDTA increase the concntration of MDA to 1.08 times of CK. CA aggravate the damage, the concntration of MDA increase for 53%. Under higher concentraton of Cd and Cu press, the situation was resemble. Proline increase as the concentration of EDTA and CA increase.CA has better effect than EDTA.4 Effects of EDTA and CA on the weight of Iris pseudacorus L. and on the uptake and accumulation of Cd and Cu of Iris pseudacorus L. under different concentration of Cd and Cu.When the concentration of Cd and Cu were both 10mg·L-1, EDTA can make a good effect on modulate the decrease of the weight of Iris pseudacorus L.,the fresh weight of the shoot and root were 2.14 and 1.82 times of CK's, while the concentration of Cd up to 50 mg·L-1, the effect is not clear. CA can aggravate the hurt the weight of Iris pseudacorus L in shoot and root were only 48.7% and 66.9% of CK's, and the effect increase as the increase of the concentration of CA. EDTA and CA increase the uptake of Cu, under press as (Cd=10mg·L-1, Cu=10mg·L-1), in the treatment of 0.5mmol·L-1 and 5mmol·L-1 EDTA ,the concentration of Cu were 98% and 251% more than CK's, while the 0.5mmol·L-1 and 5mmol·L-1 CA's were 1.85 and 2.74 times of CK's, the effect of EDTA was better than CA's. As the concentration of EDTA and CA increase, the uptake of Cd in the leaves increase, and the effect of CA was better than EDTA's. When the concentration of Cd and Cu were both 10mg·L-1, the uptake of Cd in root increase as the concentration of organic acid increase, while while the concentration of Cd up to 50 mg·L-1, the uptake of Cd in root decrease as the concentration of organic acid increase.5 Cd and Cu accumulation in different growth periods of Iris pseudacorus L. under different concentration of Cd and Cu. As the time go, the concentration of Cd and Cu in the leaves and roots of Iris pseudacorus L. increase. Under the press of the same concentration of Cd, the concentration of Cd in the leaves and roots of Iris pseudacorus L. increase as the concentration of Cu in the solution increase. Under the press of the same concentration of Cu, the concentration of Cu in the roots of Iris pseudacorus L. increase as the concentration of Cd in the solution increase, but in the leaves, Cu concentration decrease as the concentration of Cd in the solution increase. Under higher concentration Cu pressure, the transference rate of Cd is higher than it under lower concentration Cu pressure. The transference rate of Cd under lower concentration descend in the early time but rise as the time go, the transference rate of Cd of under higher concentration change in contrary The transference rate of Cu rise as times go.
