Cucumber Downy Mildew is one of main plant pathogens for cucumber planting. Chemical fungicides are main measurees to this days. Along with applying of systemic fungicides, such as metalaxyl, fosetyl-aluminum, and propamocarb, the resistance of Cucumber Downy Mildew to systemic fungicide become more serious. We found that Thiram and Dimethomorph both have better fungicidal activities in product practice. Furthermore, Thiram is a kind of broad-spectrum fungicide, and Dimethomorph is a kind of systemic fungicide. Based on these factors, and combined with exploitation of new products of Shannxi Biogen Crop Technology Lt. C., the paper studied compound of both by the numbers, accompanied with bioassay in vitro and in vivo. The results were showed in the following.1.Study the fungicide activity of compound of Thiram and Dimethomorph under different mixture combination by leaf disk floating mothod and pot experiment. common toxicity coefficients(CTC) were calculated. The results showed that the CTC of compound was 242.85 at proportion 60:9. The synergist of compound was obvious.2.Screening proper adjuvants for Thiram and Dimethomorph Waterable Power. The best formula was Disptering agent(2%)+Cleaning agent(2%)+Sodium Dodecyl sulfate(4%)+Sodium phosphate(2%)+White carbonblacle(20%)+ Thiram and Dimethomorph(60%+9%). The chemical and physical indexes were detected and accorded with natural standard about waterable powder.3.Field experiments showed 69% Thiram and Dimethomorph Waterable Power had well control effect. Under Guard Field and outdoor cultivation, the effect of 69% Thiram and Dimethomorph Waterable Power were 80-90% after seven days of the third spraying under the concentration of WP1035-1242g(ai)/hm2. it's valuable to applying and extending.
