As a major disease, cucumber downy mildew significantly influences the production of this kind of vegetable. To explore the inhibition effects of kresoxim-methy and dimethomorph formulation, different ratio of this two kinds of fungicides were screened using field experiments during two years on one place. The conclusions were draw as follows:1. Kresoxim-methy and dimethomorph formulation showed great inhibition effects against downy mildew. Using early pathogenetic cucumber as experimental materials, the EC50of kresoxim-methy was9.4937μg/ml, and that of dimethomorph was15.2877μg/ml. The highest synergy effect was observed when the ratio was set on15:35, getting CTC of232.93;2. The field experiments during two years of experiments showed that as the concentration of300-375g/hm2of kresoxim-methy and dimethomorph formulation could control the damage of cucumber downy mildew, and the control efficacy of this two treat were both reached more than75%;3. No matter what concentration of kresoxim-methy and dimethomorph formulation was used, cucumber didn’t show any damage. The recommended dose were300~375g/hm2could effectively control the development of cucumber downy mildew. This research provided significant guiding and great value for the prevention of cucumber downy mildew.
