Field bus is the control system that realize the double direction serial multiple node numeric communication between the production field and the measurement device. Field bus is also named exoteric, numeric, multiple point communication bottom control network, presently it is the hotspot of automalization in network integration. CAN bus is a kind of Field bus, depending on it's distinguished traits, mighty security and particular design, Field bus especially fits to interlinkage the industry process monitoring devices.Furthermore it is regarded by industry group and is figured as one of the most promising Field bus. And applying the CAN Bus to control of cultivation unit was a meaningful thing.In order to shake off human experience, more exact, more real-time and fix easier, cultivating unit use MCU to control and CAN bus to transmit controlling signal. According to three parameter model , which is burthen rate of engine , slide rate of driving wheel and work resistance ,we study the cultivating unit. After using fuzzy method to process simulating data , we simulate control which output shift, acclerograph and tilth signal. According to select control strategy, it make engine operation which costs least fuel and get the best power and economy performance.The core of control method in essay is data process model which use fuzzy control method. according to former experience ,we can get fuzzy control tab.because hanging control system of tracter is influenced by many factors ,we are hard to get acutate math model.so it is proper to apply fuzzy method to the control of hanging system modulation.In simulation experiment upper processor using equipment DP51 of CANstarter-â… development group realizes control node which include MCU P87C52X2,CAN controller SJA1000 and CAN transceiver.Hypogyny processor contains PC and CANmini interface .It uses output signal of PC instead of output signal of sensor .It alse explores a simulating signal generator by Visual Basic 6.0 studio. With former data and experience, it prove the property of control system.
