The rest of the world are subject to various fungi, Mycotoxin is the secondary metabolism of toxic products in the course of certain fungal growth and reproduction, At present separation of mycotoxin having been identified is over 300 species, in addition to direct the animal died of poisoning, a more serious problem is that animal immune function and performance decline in long-term sub-healthy state, causing many of the frequent and serious immune failure in the control and difficult diseases, through meat, eggs, milk and the food chain to human health hazard.Reserch Aim: The function of injury that the mycotoxin to intestinal mucosal barrier of chicken was clarified, the purpose of mycotoxin on intestinal mucosa damage mechanism for follow-up research and production and provide a theoretical reference.Research methods: This experiment used a day-old chicks for minors experiment, through the establishment of irrigated with mycotoxin in vivo model, a method of intestinal mucosal pathology Pathological changes; TUNEL method used to detect intestinal epithelial cell apoptosis and apoptotic rate changes; Using conventional methods of granulosa cells MDA and the changes in the activity of SOD.Research Results: Moldy feed arc mainly by Penicillium and Aspergillus flavus produce aflatoxin contamination and Penicillium acid. Histopathologic examination shows that with the increase in toxic doses significantly reduced the number of intestinal villi, highly reduced, irregular shape, cell sizes, with disorder, that cell degeneration and necrosis, submucosal layer thickness - thin, small intestine gland atrophy was like change; TUNEL method in the control group leaves death rate was 3.4%; high, medium and low dose group were 25.3%, 22.4%, 14.6%; each group has different levels of apoptosis, and increased with the dose of toxins, the upward trend in the rate of apoptosis, compared with the control group are very significant differences a (P <0.01); conventional methods of MDA and the changes in the activity of SOD, attacking drag group compared with the control group, MDA concentrations increased with the dose of toxin and increased activity of SOD correspondingly lower, the difference is significant (P <0.01).Research Conclusions: 1. Mildew can lead to chicken feed intestinal organizations MDA increasing SOD activity decreased; 2. Moldy feed can induce apoptosis in epithelial cells of the intestinal mucosa; 3. Moldy feed on chicken intestinal mucosal barrier function has obvious injury;...
