Strains of Salmonellas were isolated and serotyped from the fecal samples of piglet, boar, nursing sow, piggy sow, and reserve sow respectively in Xinjiang local pig farms. Antibiotics, Chinese herbal medicine and Lactobacillus were chosen to carry out different antibacterial experiments on the salmonellas ; 12 kinds of commonly antibiotics were chosen to conduct drug susceptibility experiments on above salmonellas by the method of Kirby-Baueer Dise Diffusion for determine antibacterial effects of antibiotics; In the inhibition experiments of Chinese herbal medicine, 15 decoction of Chinese herbal medicine and 6 kinds of compound preparations were chose and tube 2-fold dilution method was used to conduct inhibitory experiments on Salmonellas and determined the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC). In the inhibition experiments of lactic acid bacteria, the method of Oxford Cup was used to test the inhibitory effect of the fermented supernatant of Lactic acid bacteria on Salmonellas. The properties of the fermented supernatant of Lactic acid bacteria were studied; the inhibitory effects of the combination of the lactic acid bacteria and Chinese herbal medicine on the porcine intestinal Salmonellas were studied in the antibacterial test of anaerobic environment.The results showed as follows:(1)5 strains of Salmonellas were isolated and identified from the above-mentioned fecal samples in Xinjiang local pig farm. They were Salmonella paratyphiB, Salmonella stanley, Salmonella regent, Salmonella derby and Salmonella typhimurium.(2) In the antibiotic experiment, 5 strains of Salmonellas isolated and identified from the fecal samples were all antibiotic resistance;Among the 12 kinds of antibiotics used in experiment, 5 strains of Salmonellas had highly sensitivity to Amikacin,Ceriwime,Cefmenoxime; While the 5 strains of Salmonellas was drugresisted to Gentamycin, Rifampicin, Polymyxin B; The drugresistance rates of Neomycin was 60%, of Ofloxacin were 40%, of Osytetracyclinym, Furazolidone, Ceftriaxone Sodium and Colistin were 20%.(3) The bacteriostasis effects of 15 kinds of single taste Chinese herb on 5 salmonellas: The bacteriostasis function of Guanzhong was the strongest; The bacteriostasis function of Guangq,,Kushen,,Lianqiao,Baishu and Gegen was strong; Four kinds of Chinese herbal medicines Huangbai,Shanyurou,Ciwujia,Shiliupi had certain bacteriostasis function; The bacteriostasis function of Yejuehua,Chenpi,Gancao and Zhizi was weak,and the Xiakucao's bacteriostasis function was weakest; the bacteriostasis effects of 6 kinds of compound Chinese herbal medicine on 5 kinds of salmonellas were: Compound prescriptionâ…¡was strongest; Next was the compound prescriptionâ…¤, which bacteriostasis effect was strong;The compound prescriptionâ… , compound prescriptionâ…¢, compound prescriptionâ…£and compound prescriptionâ…£had certain bacteriostasis function. Moreover, the bacteriostasis effects of 6 kinds of compound Chinese herbal medicines were stronger than of any single Chinese herbal medicine;(4) In the inhibition of lactic acid bacteria, lact2 was selected as could resistance the animal gastrointestinal adverse environment from the five strains of lactic acid bacteria, then the fermentation fluid of lact2 was carried on the bacteriostasis experiment, finally the supernatant of lact2 had the powerful inhibition activity to Salmonellas in vitro; The properties of the fermented supernatant of Lactic acid bacteria had the strongest bacteriostatics with pH 2.0, but it lost bacteriostatics activeness with pH top to 6.0. And the inhibitory activity was stable in heat and constant with catalase, proteins K, pepsin and tyrosine enzyme.(5) In the antibacterial test of anaerobic environment, the results indicated that the lact2 collaborated with the Chinese herbal medicine compound prescription II have strong inhibitory effect on the porcine intestinal Salmonellas. The bacteriostasis effect of the coordination was stronger than any one unilaterally; The Chinese herbal medicine compound prescription II can promote the multiplication of the lact2, thus indicated that the Chinese herbal medicine compound preparation II had double effects of pharmacology and benefit. The bacteriostasis effect of the lact2 collaborated with the Chinese herbal medicine compound prescription II was as follows: Salmonella paratyphiB > Salmonella derby > Salmonella typhimurium.> Salmonella stanley > Salmonella regent.
