Water dropwort is one of prymary aquatic vegetables in Jiangsu province, at present along with consumer awareness of health vegetables in the southern Yangtze River Delta region, represented the area of Water dropwort cultivation expanded rapidly. Wettish-cultivated water dropwort is rich in nutritional value, high health and medicinal flavor of the unique characteristics of vegetables, plant diseases and insect pests are relatively rare, almost non-use of pesticides, strong adaptability and easily survived, simple cultivation techniques , high economic efficiency, most pollution-free products for green vegetables. Therefore, the development of wettish-cultivated water dropwort has great potential and prospects are very broad application. Research on domestic water dropwort was few, wettish-cultivated water dropwort in-depth study was relatively few. Through this test wettish-cultivated water dropwort different cultivated measure to study its growth and its impact on the quality, look forward to developing wettish-cultivated water dropwort high yield and excellent quality technical services to producers. The results are as follows:1. Different treatment cause a certain of influence in nutrient and hygienical components of wettish-cultivated water dropwort and health products, but it had higher content of the flavone and dietary fiber. Change the total dietary fiber content and crude fiber content of less variation larger. So speculate crude fiber content of products affected is rough taste of the old key indicators.3. Through determination N-P-K content of the whole wettish-cultivated water dropwort by treated differently and cultivated in nutrient solution, we have known that it's necessary to fertilize a large of K in order to ensure the normal growth of wettish-cultivated water dropwort.
