Drip irrigation is a kind of advanced irrigation technique. Face with the scarcity of water resource today, it's imperative to spread the drip irrigation. But this behavior will be restricted by many factors. One of the main reasons is that emitting-pipes are easy to aging in nature environment. Replacing emitting-pipes is not only time and labor consuming, but also improve the irrigation operating cost. The farmers who live in the north china lack of water and in poor living are hard to bear the high cost. So, the problem about emitting-pipe aging is urgently to be solved.This article is through the polyethylene emitting-pipes'natural aging experiment and artificial accelerating aging experiment (imitating sunlight and temperature difference in day and night) in testing ground which lie in Daxing area of Beijing belonging to China Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research (IWHR).It analysis the variational orderliness of the polyethylene emitting-pipes'mechanics performance vs. time. It has gotten artificial accelerating aging experiment conditions with good relativity. The most study content and achievements are as follows:(1)It has been done four times artificial accelerated aging test in different test condition of polyethylene emitting-pipe with QUV accelerated aging tester. It has gotten the variational orderliness of the mechanics performance vs. time.(2)It has gotten the variational orderliness of the mechanics performance vs. time of polyethylene emitting-pipe in outdoor exposure test which lasts 10 months.(3)It studies on the relativity about polyethylene emitting-pipe's outdoor exposure test and artificial accelerated aging test and gets the best artificial accelerating aging test condition which could simulate.(4)According to the outdoor exposure test data, we establish the equations which are about variational orderliness of the mechanics performance vs. time of polyethylene emitting-pipe. And we also calculate the outdoor using time when mechanics performance index drops to 70 percent needs 26~28 months.(5)This article has approximately given the accelerated multiple of QUV accelerated aging tester is 8.0~8.7.
