The new corn variety Luoyu No.4 are the newest cultivation high production corn hybrids of Luoyang Academy of Agricultural Sciences, which was examined by the Henan Province crops variety examination and approval committee in 2006. In order to discuss the Luoyu No.4 necessary technology measures, promote its demonstration step, the author has conducted a series of correlation experimental study in 2006-2007, in which discovered its suitable sowing date, the suitable density, the best planter way, the economical quantity fertilizer and the parent inbred line department's reproduction and the high production breeding technology, has provided the essential scientific basis for its high production cultivation and the big area promotion application. It shows as followed:About its suitable sowing date, Most suitable sowing time of summer sowing is before June 15th, later than June 20th, the output will be affected greatly, its very difficult to obtain the quite ideal output; The latest sowing time of Luoyu No.4 is in July 5, still could get normal mature in early October, and had the relative high output, which should be reference sowing date of the natural disaster year.It shows about planter density on the output and the agronomic characters that, In the design 3000-6000 /667m~2 planter density scope, change assumes quadratic parabola relations, 4500 /667m~2 processing output is highest; The suitable density is 4000-5000/667m~2. The planter density assumes the remarkable corelational dependence with plant height, ear position, ear long, ears per kernel and 1000-grain weight. As the planter density increases 1000 /667 m~2 every time, plant height increases by 3.6cm, ear position increases by 3.3cm, the ear shortens 1.4cm, ears per kernel reduces 62 grains, 1000-grain weight reduces 21.8g.About the high production cultivation indicated that, the best density is 7.5 - 82,500/ hm~2. high production attack field of 2007, the harvest density is 79,110/hm~2, an average ear seeds is 526.5 grains, the 1000-grain weight350.0g (according to former years), its theoretical output is 13120.5kg/hm~2. About the suitable planter way indicated that, row spacing drillings and so on 50cm quite are advantageous in the Luoyu No.4 corn hybrids increase production the potential under the high density condition. It's not remarkable with the 40cm+80cm width narrow spacing disposition in 45,000 - 75,000 /hm~2 scopes with row spacing drilling differences and so on the 50cm does not surpass in 75,000/hm~2 scopes in the density. Row spacing dispositions and 67cm under the high density condition compared to row spacings and a 40cm+80cm width line of underproduction and 50cm reaches the remarkable level, which should not use this row spacing disposition pattern in the ultra high production cultivation.About suitable quantity fertilizer test indicated that, it has best yield with N 275.98kg, P2O5 129.81kg, K2O 108.75kg per hectare. According to recent years market price analysis of N, P, K and corn's, it can obtain the best benefit with N 252.45kg, P2O5 103.5kg, K2O 76.98kg per hectare. As the breeding technology, suitable planter density is 82500/hm~2 of female in parent breeding in the yellow & Huai area in summer seeding, the male parent density is 75000-82500/hm~2; suitable planter density is 97500-10500/hm~2 of female in parent breeding in Northwest in spring planting, the male parent density is 82500-90000 /hm~2. As hybrid breeding, in northwest area, suitable female father line is 5-6:1, the suitable female father line is 5:1 in the Huang - Huai area summer seeding. The female & male parent may be the same sowing date, also may be 50% male parent and the female parent sows seeds at the same time, after another 50% male parent 5-6d planted again.
