In this study, the wheat cultivar Shannong 22 as materials, in order to determine the matching technology of the wheat variety-Shannong 22 high yield and quality,randomized block experimental design was used under four points respectively in different regions of Shandong which had carried on density testament and sowing date testament with the basic seedling of 120×104plants/ha, 150×104plants/ha, 180×104plants/ha, 240×104plants/ha,300×104plants/ha, to explore the suitable planting density of wheat varieties shannong22,analysis and research its expression of different density, and test the NPK and organic matter content in soil of different sites. The sowing date test in taian experimental areas, Set on10/3,10/10,10/17,10/24,10/31 five sowing time, analysis and research its expression of different sowing date.1. The performance of the characteristics of rensonable planting density.With the increase of planting density, the number of maximum tiller,spike number and plant height were showed increasing trend as follows: 1368.90×104plants/ha-1918.50×104plants/ha,694.20×104plants/ha-820.65×104plants/ha and 75.08cm-79.03 cm respectively; however the yield,1000-grain weight, kernels per spike, spike length and the spike rate were decreased as follows:9170.85 kg/ha-8187.30 kg/ha,36.48g-32.25 g,47.51grape-42.63 grape, 8.88cm-8.49 cm and50.19%-42.45%, respectively. With the basic seedling of 120×104plants/ha-150×104plants/ha are significantly better than that of 240×104plants/ha-300×104plants/ha in the respect of the yield, spike length, the number of spike and the spike rate, and its yield was an average of 8864.25kg/ha, increased by 7.75%.2. The performance of the characteristics of of shannong22 different sites density test on different sites.Under the same density, different sites of shannong22 characters showed differently. Yield of more than 9000kg/ha(at Zaozhuang and Dezhou) whose plant height, the spike rate, spike number,1000-grain weight and yield were as follows: 80.32 cm, 52.40%,848.85×104plants/ha,34.51 g,9352.65kg/ha respectively, matched with 120×104-150×104plants/ha group structure of the planting density, had the good broad eligibility and stable yield.3. Four sites NPK organic matter content in the soil and the quality traits of the shannon 22 have great differences at different sites. Organic matter content: Zaozhuang>Taian>Dezhou>Zibo;Total nitrogen:Taian>Zibo>Zhangzhuang>Dezhou;Potassium content:Dezhou>Taian>Zhangzhuang>Zibo:Phosphorus content:Zibo>Zaozhuang>Taian>Dezhou.Different sites of soil elements affect the growth and quality traits of shannon 22.High nitrogen content in Tai’an soils, which maximum tillering and panicle and grain protein are higher; Zibo test phosphorus element in the soil is higher, the largest less tillering, panicle rate is low, high potassium, lodging phenomenon did not occur in the field; Dezhou soils inhigh phosphorus, high grain protein content and gluten index in quality traits.4. Resistance of the different planting density.Shannong22 were not affected by density and area in the respect of hardiness and yellow. The basic seedling of 120×104-150×104plants/ha were without lodging phenomenon, however the basic seedling of 180×104-300×104plants/ha lodging was different extent, and the lodging rate increased with the increase of the density.The the spike rate was low, and 5 planting density were without lodging at all at Zibo points.Taian, Zaozhuang, Dezhou points had higher the spike rate, under the higher density planting they all showed in different degrees of lodging.5.The performance of the characteristics of the different sowing date.In 150×104plants/ha density levels, with the delay of sowing date the yield, ear number and grain number,maximum-tiller number, plant height, the number of spikes, ear length of shannon22 all shows the tendency of decrease:12032.46plants/haâ†'8295.71plants/ha,683.20×104plants/ha5â†'09.93×104plants/ha,53.48â†'49.18 grain,1359.80×104plants/haâ†'673.58×104plants/ha,and77.45cmâ†'65.34 cm,19.32â†'17.42,and 9.00â†'7.55 cm respectively. The 1000-grain weight the downward trend after rising first, ear rate and bulk density showed a trend of rising:50.24%â†'75.70,715â†'757g/L respectively. Sowing date on October 3, on October 10,the yield, ear number and grain number, the number of spikes, ear length and so on were higher than in the remaining three sowing date which yield is an average of 11390 kg/ha.In summary,Shannong22 achieved higher yield, and was stable yield and wide adaptation by stronger tiller, higher the spike rate and better fruiting ability. Therefore, at the area of the suitable planting density with 9000kg/ha, 120×104-180×104plants/ha basic seedlings wasneeded extremely, under the 150×104plants/ha density level, sowing on around October 10.
