By using biological resources in Shaanxi Province, the study has been conducted in the production and development of eggs with low cholesterol and healthy-care function, rich in n-3PUFA; with appropriate ratio of and eggs with low cholesterol and rich n-3PUFA. By adding appropriate additives to daily ration of layer hens so as to measure the changes of nutritional component in egg after layer hens are fed in a period of time, the effectiveness of additives on productive performance of layer hens and egg quality has been discussed in the paper; the trial can be separated into three parts:Trial: 1. 675 Coral Nick layer hens of commercial generation with age of 30 weeks are chosen and splitted into 5 groups at random, every group has 3 repetitions; every repetation includes 45 layer hens. Addictive is added in group I-IV according to the baci daily ration + 3% ingredients. The Control groups are basic ration.(the trial group are the basic daily ration-3% bran, adjusting it to comply with the basic nutrition level.), the compound additive including more than ten kinds raw materials such as leaf powers of Eucommia ulmoides and Ginkgo which are rich in Shaanxi are used to study its infectiveness on cholesterol contents of eggs. The results indicated that (1) different compound additives can increase greatly production performance of layer hens, the ingredient II and IV are better than others. (2) Different compound additives can decrease remarkably the blood fat, cholesterol, VLDL, LDL, at the same time, it also can increases the HDL. (3) several compound additive can greatly increase productive performance and immune function of layer hens, can take place prevention medicals of anti-bacterial so as to produce CLEAN EGGS,; the compounds additive can strength the colures of yolk, can decrease content of cholesterol by 3.4% to 35.5%, decrease the lipid per oxidant contents in eggs by 78.4%-82.7%.Trial 2: 945 Coral Nick layer hens with age of 35 weeks are chosen and splitted into 7 groups at random, there are 3 repetitions in one group, every repetition has 45 hens, the main source ofα-Linolenic Acid is from benne seeds and the seeds of Perilla frutescens (L.) Britt, the compound power is made by adding leaves of Eucommia ulmoides and Ginkgo and fresh leaves and of seabuckthern to anti oxidization, the functional eggs which are produced are rich in n-3PUFA, the results indicated: (1) when benne seeds and the seeds of Perilla frutescens (L.) Britt are taken as the feeding source of n-3PUFA for produce n-3PUFA functional eggs, after 30 days'experiment, the fatty acid component of eggs is stable, the concentration effect of n-3PUFA is also remarkable with the increase of PUFA diet, especially it concentrates EPA and DHA greatly, the ration of n-6 to n-3 decreases from 13-15:1 to 4-5:1, this can meet requirement of health-care diet structure. (2) if benne seeds and the seeds of Perilla frutescens (L.) Britt are taken as source of n-3PUFA diet to feed layer hens, the fatty acid structure in hens'meat changes, at the same time, the eggs are rich in n-3PUFA,the main trendency are similar to eggs products, that is n-3PUFA is getting more in hens'meat. (3) when benne seeds and the seeds of Perilla frutescens (L.) Britt are taken as source of n-3PUFA diet to produce functional eggs rich in n-3PUFA, the main indexes of eggs have not been affected, but if more amounts are added, the production performance of layer hens are affected. Adding tea power can control the by-effect greatly. (4) The experiment which the tea power is taken as main raw materials of anti-oxidation is better than VE, even more; it can decrease the MDA of the eggs.Trial 3: The 630 Coral Nick laying hens are chosen, and it is splitted into 7 groups, every group has 4 repetitions, every repetition has 30 hens. The benne seeds and the seeds of Perilla frutescens (L.) Britt and operal compound power which can decease cholesterol, meanwhile, can produce double functional eggs which is rich n-3PUFA and low cholesterol. The results indicated that adding 3% of compound powder for decreasing cholesterol plus 10% of benne seeds, plus 5% of seeds of Perilla frutescens (L.) Britt, or 15% of benne seeds,or 15% of seeds of Perilla frutescens (L.) Britt, can decrease cholesterol contents in the eggs by more than 30%,can increase the concentration of n-3PUFA more than 3 times, the ration of in the eggs can be changed into 4-5:1 comparing with the usual ration of 15:1, this can meet the requements of health care eggs. (2) More diet such as benne seeds and the seeds of Perilla frutescens (L.) Britt can increase production performance of layer eggs greatly, but also it can increase greatly the contents of MDA, yet it controls the production performance after using the compound powder for decreasing cholesterol, and it also decreases the contents of MDA in yolk by 30%-50% comparing with the control group (3) the colour of yolk of double functiona eggs can be changed greatly by the above materials, the other indexes of egg qualiy (egg shape, thichnee of egg shell, hafe index) change a little. (4) When the raw materials are used in the experiment to produce low cholesterol, nutritional, health care eggs which is rich in n-3PUFA, fatty acid component in the eggs has trendency to stable in the 30 days'experiment.By the study, and combining the production facts, it is possible to produce and develop the eggs with low choleteral, heath-care function, and n-3 serial health-care eggs rich in FUFA, the health care eggs with proproal ration of as well as eggs production with low choleteral and rich in PUPA.
