In recent years,with the improvement of people’s living standards and urbanization,aging,epidemic and other reasons,the problem of sub-health and old-age care has become more and more prominent.Therefore,more and more groups on the pension market demand gradually increased,people’s awareness of health gradually increased,leisure and health tourism demand increased rapidly,society in a short period of time there has been a problem of imbalance between supply and demand.People began to change from the traditional way of tourism to health,leisure and health,health as the theme of tourism is now becoming an important way for people to pursue a healthy quality of life.At present,the domestic ecological protection work has achieved considerable results,which has created a good start for the development of the forest health industry.It is of great significance to promote healthy China,promote the domestic economic cycle,boost rural revitalization,and promote the transformation and upgrading of the forestry industry.This paper takes Shuangjing Village,Fenglin Town,Liling City,Hunan Province as the research area.Based on the existing research foundation and theory,the development potential evaluation system of forest health base is constructed.Secondly,taking Shuangjing Village as an example,the evaluation index of forest health development potential of the village is evaluated,and the index weight and development level are determined.Finally,the planning and design ideas of Shuangjing Village Forest Health Town are proposed.The specific research conclusions are as follows:(1)Construction of forest health base suitability construction evaluation system.Review and summarize the combination of relevant literature,national and industry standards,field research and other information,the primary selection of indicators,according to the recovery of experts in various fields of questionnaire survey,screening indicators,inappropriate indicators to be corrected.Finally,the evaluation system of suitability construction of forest rehabilitation base was determined.The index system includes 3 criterion layers,6 first-level index layers and 25 second-level index layers.(2)Determining the Weight and Grade of Evaluation Index System of Forest Health Suitability Construction The importance of indicators for experts in various fields was scored,and the weight of indicators was calculated by analytic hierarchy process.Among them,in the criterion layer,the weight of site selection was the largest,accounting for 0.7792,the weight of tourism foundation was the second,accounting for 0.1383,and the weight of social support was the smallest,accounting for 0.0826.This shows that the construction of forest health and wellness base is mainly a health and wellness tourism activity with leisure and wellness as the main motivation,and has higher requirements for site selection.In the first-level index layer,the weight of forest resources is the largest,accounting for 0.3865,followed by site selection and site environment,accounting for 0.2356 and 0.1571,which shows that forest resources play a vital role in forest health.In the secondary index layer,the weight of plant essence is the largest,accounting for 0.0696,followed by air negative oxygen ions,forest perception,site area,forest area,biodiversity,and traffic conditions.This shows that plant essence,air negative oxygen ions,and biodiversity affect the quality of forest health care environment,and traffic conditions are also indispensable conditions for the development of forest health care bases.Secondly,according to the weight of evaluation index system to build scoring model to determine the rating.(3)The suitability evaluation of forest health construction in Shuangjing village was carried out,and the results showed that it was more suitable to be a forest health base.Based on remote sensing images and two-step software,UAV(model DJI),negative oxygen ion detection instrument,temperature and humidity detection instrument and noise detection instrument were used to investigate the base and obtain relevant data.According to 3 criterion layers,6 first-level index layers and 25 second-level index layer index systems,each index of Shuangjing Village is scored,and the index weight is combined to construct the suitability construction scoring model and evaluation grade of Shuangjing Village.The score of the scoring model is4.2,and the evaluation grade of the more suitable construction of Shuangjing Village is obtained.(4)Proposed Shuangjing village forest health care town design overall planning and design ideas.Combined with the existing basic conditions of Shuangjing Village,the overall pattern of ’ one ring,one corridor,two axes,four districts and multiple nodes’is proposed.Planning the functional zoning,transportation system,infrastructure and plants of the base;and the reception service center,ecological health resort base,flower base,culture base detailed node planning and design;at the same time,according to the national policy ’ Rural Revitalization ’,the village appearance of Shuangjing Village is rectified and guided,and Shuangjing Village is built into a beautiful rural blessing for forest health and leisure tourism.
