Study On Determination Of Metel Elements In Plant Chiese Medicine By ICP-AES

The Chinese medicine and its preparation was recognized again and applicated widely in the world for protecting or curing the disease by the rising of the live level.It had been fixed to belong to health food by American FAD,the content of harmful element was limited in it and must be detected and controlled.Trace element can help the effect component of the medicine reached at the location,attend the physiology avtive of the eneyze,hormone and vitamin,accelerate the metabolism.To study metal elements in plant Chinese medicine,the determination of metal elements in plant Chinese medicine for the object with Evodia rutaecarpa(Juss.)Benth was studied by ICP-AES.Evodia rutaecarpa(Juss.)Benth is plant nature plant Chinese medicine.It is dry fruits of Evodi a rutaec arpa(Juss)Benth,Evodia rutaec arpa(Juss) Benth.Var.offici nails(Dode)Huang,E.rutaec arpa(Juss) Benth.Var.ibodinier(Dode)Huang,was distributed in changjiang vallay and the South China,Shanxi and so on.The their function was discribed as pungent,bitter,hot and little poison by Chinese medical.Determination of biological sample Evodia rutaecarpa(Juss.)Benth was studied by ICP-AES after HNO₃-H₂O₂ digestion.The average recovery of the method for K,Mg,Cu,Fe,Cr,Zn,As,Cd and Mn in Evodia rutaecarpa(Juss.)Benth was found to be 93.4%～111.0% and Pb was 85.9%with the RSD of 0.4%～4.9%(n=10).It is of important significance to assess the value of the Chinese medicine or detect biological sample by the way.The progress of the application of microwave technique to analytical chemistry,pertaining especially to the microwave digestion was reviewed in this paper.The varing digestion method was discussed. Recent important applications of inductively coupled plasma masss pectrometry in biological samples analysis are reviewed.The sample preparation,sample introduction techniques and typical applications are introduced.Inorganic elements of Zingiber officinale Rosc,Syzygium Aromaticum(L.)Merr.et Perry,cinnamon,and Evodia rutaecarpa(Juss.) Benth be botanical medicine was stuied by ICP - AES after HNO₃-H₂O₂ digestion.
