| According to the present research of the domestic and foreign rice combine harvesters, associating with the survey of Hengyang's natural conditions, the agricultural production status, we establish a reasonable distribution project of rice combine harvesters in Hengyang .The project provides a reference for the promotion of agricultural mechanization in this region.According to The investigation and analysis of Hengyang's topography, geomorphology, hydrology, economic conditions and the characteristics of rice production , we put forward the machine's performance of rice harvester, which should meet the unique performance requirements of the rice harvester: being small and portable, strong performance, high reliability and low-cost, short payback period.According to the principle of selection, and the investigation of the use of aircraft, model selection is mainly determined by the following factors: operating cost, payback period, the rate of fragmentation, the loss of harvest, UI rate through the field, reliability, timeliness of supply and convenience of operation, which has led to the establishment of model selection. According to the technical indicators of harvesters and the advice of experts, we get the scoring matrix of technical indicators and the weights of the factors which affect rice harvester. Through the Comprehensive Fuzzy Evaluation, all types of rice combine harvesters in the region come to have ranks.We made the minimize operating costs as objective function by using mixed integer programming, and established a general distribution model of the optimal allocation of rice harvester. This model has been applied to Hengyang city, and rice combine's distribution programming for adoption was given with an optimal allocation of rice combine program in this town. It should be in better position to solve the problem of rice harvester in hilly area. This mode adjusted the number of types which are used now, and eliminated the unsuitable type for agriculture production. It provided a basis for the rational allocation of rice harvesting for Hengyang and the reference of rice Harvester' optimized disposition for other regions. |
