In 2006, pot experiments of five green manures were conducted to study on regularity of nutrient element accumulation and suitable timing turning under of green manure in low soil fertility. In 2007, pot experiments of cotton on the basis of turning under of green manure study what it effect on nitrogen nutrition in cotton plant and fertility of soil to apply different of green manure and application amount of green manure and combining application of Oil sunflower and Urea in soil. The results and main conclusions are as following:1. Nutrient element accumulation and suitable timing turning under of green manure: The leguminous plant is stronger to the nitrogen absorption ability; The Brassica campestris and Helianthus annuus absorbs in the potassium vegetable up have efficiently; Brassica campestris's absorption to P has stronger enrich to gather a function; suitable timing turning under of green manures :Melilotus suaveolens Ledeb is the 90 days ,Astragalus adsurgens Pall is the 85 days, Vicia villosa Roth is 60 days(mowing period ), Brassica campestris is 40 days and Helianthus annuus is 60 days.2. Contribution rate of green manures on nitrogen nutrition in cotton plant filtrated: effect of green manures on dry matter accumulation and nitrogen accumulation of cotton: Melilotus suaveolens Ledeb>Brassica campestris >Astragalus adsurgens Pall>Helianthus annuus>Vicia villosa Roth. The utilization size of the cotton nitrogen form view is: Brassica campestris >Melilotus suaveolens Ledeb>Astragalus adsurgens Pall>Helianthus annuus>Vicia villosa Roth. Effects of different overturn treatments of the green manure on the growth of root and caulis of Cotton are prominences.3. Effects of overturn level of the green manure on nitrogen nutrition in cotton plant: Effects of treatments of Melilotus suaveolens Ledeb and urea on dry matter accumulation and nitrogen accumulation of cotton is prominence, which increased as the amount of fertilizer applied increased, Increasing green manure dosage can speed cotton to absorb nitrogen. Apply fertilizer a higher processing especially with lower processing to the cotton nitrogen plain density influence difference obviously.4. Effects of combining application of Helianthus annuus and urea on nitrogen nutrition in cotton plant: Affections of adding urea application is reducing as Helianthus annuus overturning is increasing. Green manure burying and additional urea contribute to increase the nitrogen uptake efficiency: effect of combining application of Helianthus annuus and urea>effect on only application of urea>effect on only application of Helianthus annuus. The combined application N of Helianthus annuus and urea ratio was 1:2.23~2.84.5. Effects of overturn level of the green manure on fertility of soil: effect of green manures on fertility of soil: Melilotus suaveolens Ledeb> Astragalus adsurgens Pall> Brassica campestris >Helianthus annuus>Vicia villosa Roth. While turning over of the green manure to attain 150% green manure difference is obvious. The green manure can activate phosphorus of soil, among them, result's being the best is Brassica campestris and Vicia villosa Roth. The Brassica campestris and Helianthus annuus have a function of gathering the soil available potassium of enrich. The green manure can raise the soil organic quality content obviously by overturning 150% of the green manure, effect of application of the green manure on improving soil fertility.6. Effects of combining application of Helianthus annuus and urea on fertility of soil: the increase of soil available nitrogen and organic quality content had correlated with the increase of overturning quantity of Helianthus annuus with combining application of Helianthus annuus and urea on fertility of soil, but increasing Helianthus annuus's overturning and affections of adding urea application is reducing. Gathering the soil available potassium and phosphorus of the green manure is more effective than the urea's; The soil available potassium content decreased with the increase of urea in the green manure,...
