Effect Of Green Manure Application On Soil Fertility Continuous Cropping Of Cotton Field And Cotton Yield

In 2007 expriment on the eight-years continuous cropping of cotton field, we through the cotton fields even on two different cultivation mode (only plant green manure, spring wheat sowing green manure complex) over the green manure pressure testing, study their biomass ,plant nutrient content and the effect of green manure application on soil nutrients in cotton fields.In 2008,we planted cotton on the basis of turning under of green manure,in order to study the effect on the growth and development of cotton and cotton yield. The results showed that:1.Effects of overturn the green manure on soil fertility: biomass and plant nutrient content in the Herba melicti is the highest in three green manure (Herba melicti, Hair vetch, and Erect milkvetch); after pressed three green manure in the cotton fields, soil organic matter,nutrients are available certain influence, the role of rich phosphorus and potassium in Erect milkvetch is even more significant.2.Effect of overturn the green manure on the growth and development of cotton and cotton yield: different overturn treatments of the green manure on the growth of Cotton are prominences,dry matter accumulation,nutrient asborbing and the yield of cotton of different previous crops with their stubble field are higher than that of CK.the size of cotton production is Erect milkvetch→cotton> Herba melicti→cotton> Hair vetch→cotton.3.Effects of overturn the multiple green manure on soil fertility: biomass and plant nitrogen content in the Herba melicti, plant phosphorus content in the soybean and plant potassium content in the oil sunflower is the highest in four green manure (Herba melicti,rape,oil sun flowers,soybean); after pressed three green manure in the cotton fields, soil organic matter,nutrients are available certain influence, the role of rich potassium in rape and oil sunflower are even more significant.4.Effect of overturn the multiple green manure on the growth and development of cotton and cotton yield: dry matter accumulation,nutrient asborbing and the yield of cotton of different previous crops with their stubble field are higher than that of CK, the cotton production of the spring wheat resowing Herba melicti is the highest , reached 4071.04kg/hm~2 ,increased by 48.8%;next is soybean, rape,oil sun flowers.
