The experiment was conducted to study the effects of Microbial ecological agents and Nanometer activated water on performance of rex rabbit, the intestinal flora, the density of hair, blood biochemical index, milkability of the female rex rabbit and the average daily gain of the young rex rabbit.Eighty 30-day old rabbits were selected and divided into 4 groups randomly. The four groups were: The control group(group I),the Nanometer activated water processing water group(group II), Microbial ecological agents processing water group(groupIII),Microbial ecological agents and Nanometer activated water processing water group(groupIV), the test period of experiment is 120 days. During the experiment for 30 days and 90 days respectively to do digestion experiment; The density of hair was tested every 2 weeks; In the end of the experiment the blood was collected and slaughter rate was tested, Intestinal contents were collected for testing the compose bacteria in intestinal.Thirty 1-year-old female German rex rabbits which were good maternak healthy,similar with the weight and perinatal period were selected and divided into 2 groups randomly. The farrowing count of nest is 7~8. The two groups were: Nanometer activated water processing water group (group I ),The control group(group II). The mother rabbit and the baby rabbit were feeded separated, the baby rabbits were lactated every day in the morning. Milkability was tested every there days. The research purpose is to study the effects of Nanometer activated water on milkability of mother rabbits and the growth rate of the baby rabbits. The results showed that:(1) Both Microbial ecological agents and Nanometer activated water can improve the performance of the rex rabbits. The Final weight of group II,III and IV were respectively higher 12.5% (P<0.05),13.3% (p<0.05) and 19.8% (p<0.05) than the Group I; The average daily weight gain of Groups II,III and IV were respectively higher 15%(p<0.05),16%(p<0.05) and 23.9%(p<0.05) than the Group I ; The feed conversion ratio of Groups II,IIIand IV were respectively lower 12.7% (P<0.05),. 12.7% (P<0.05) and 18.1% (P<0.05) than that of Group I.(2) Both Microbial ecological agents and Nanometer activated water can improve the digestibility of main nutrition of rex rabbit, 2-month-old young rabbits got the better results. Especially the digestibility of CP,EE,CFof groupIV were respectively higher 9% (p<0.05),5.8% (p<0.05) and 25.3% (p<0.05) than the Group I.(3) Both Microbial ecological agents and Nanometer activated water can improve the hair density of rex rabbit, especially the hair density of group III,IV were very significantly higher than that of group I.(4) The number of lactic acid bacteria and bifidobacterium of the group II,IIIand IV were significantly higher than that of group I, The number of escherichia coli and salmonella of the group II,IIIand IV were significantly lower than that of group I .This results shows that both Microbial ecological agents and Nanometer activated water can increase the number of the beneficial bacteria, restrain the number of harmful bacteria, Microbial ecological agents got the better results than Nanometer activated water, they use together got the best results.(5) Both Microbial ecological agents and Nanometer activated water can improve blood biochemical index of rex rabbits. Total protein,glucose,cholesterol of the group II,IIIand IV were significantly higher than that of group I ; Serum urea nitrogen of the group II,IIIand IV were significantly lower than that of group I ; ALP of the group II,IIIand IV were significantly higher than that of group I ; lgA,lgG of the group II,IIIand IV were significantly higher than that of group I ; lgM of the group I,II,IIIand IV had no significant different among groups.(6) Nanometer activated water can enhance milkability of female rabbit and the average daily gain of the young rex rabbit, and that was significative for anaphase potential of growth.
