The experiment was conducted to study the effects of different levels of soy phosphatide on the performance, metabolic parameters, blood biochemical parameters and the optimal dose of Soy Phosphatide on cows during early lactatation period.Eight primiparous healthly Holstein cows in early lactatation with similar average milk yield, parturition date and body weight were selected in a replicated 4×4 Latin square design, and were assigned randomly into 4 groups each with 2 replicates. Treatments involved different levels of soy phosphatide with 0% (group A/control group), 1% (group B),2% (group C) and 3% (group D) in diet (DM based) respectively. The main results were shown as follow:Dry matter intakes (DMI) were not affected by different dietary soy phosphatide level (P>0.05), but the feed efficiency of the group C was higher 14% than that of the control group (P<0.05); The milk yield and FCM of group C were respectively higer 2.29 kg/d and 2.56 kg/d than that of the control group (P<0.05).Soy phosphatide level had no effects on milk fat percentage, milk protein percentage, milk lactose percentage and non-fat solid of milk (P>0.05); The milk fat yield and milk protein yield of the group C were respectively higer 0.11 kg/d and 0.09 kg/d than that of the groupA (P<0.05),the two parameters were no significant difference among the other treatment groups(P>0.05).Soy phosphatide level had no effects on the apparent digestibilities of crude protein, EE and NDF (P>0.05); The apparent digestibility of ADF in the highest level of soy phosphatide(group D) was separately lower 11.5%, 9.2% and 9.1% than that of the group A, B and C (P<0.05).The milk somatic cell count (SCC) was not influenced by the different levels of soy phosphatide(P>0.05). The SCC in group A, group B and group C were seperately decreased about 1.74×10~5mL, 1.77×10~5/mL and1.76×10~5/mL, comparing with the control group. The SCC tended to decrease with the level of soy phosphatide increasing.Different levels of soy phosphatide in diet had no effect on the concentrations of serum non-etherified fatty acid (NEFA), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), serum glucose, serum total protein and albumin (P>0.05). The concentration of serum triglyceride increased with the increasing of soy phosphatide. Compared to the control group, concentrations of serum triglyceride were separately increased 3.33mg/dL (P>0.05),3.54mg/dL (P>0.05) and 3.75mg/dL (P<0.01) when dietary soy phosphatide were at 1%, 2% and 3%(DM base) in the diet. The concentration of serum triglyceride of group D was significantly increased than the groupA and group B (P <0.01). The concentration of serum triglyceride of group D was significantly increased compared with the group B (P <0.05).About economic profit of soy phosphatide, different levels of soy phosphatide in diet could improve the profit. Comparing with the control group, the income of feeding a cow were separately increased 1.52 yuan/d, 3.97 yuan/d and 0.58 yuan/d with soy phosphatide at the amount of 1%,2% and 3% in diet(DM based). The group C showed the best economic profit. When soy phosphatide occupied 2% in diet(DM based), the milk yield was higer 2.29 kg/d than that of group A. It could improve the health status and function of immunity without decreasing the milk fat percentage. The cows showed the normal physiological metabolism . The economic profit were obviously better.
