Objective:The feeding experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of wrapped silage alfalfa replacing 50%alfalfa hay?DM?on milk production performance, rumen fermentation parameters and blood biochemical indicators of dairy cow,In order to provide theoretical basis for the application of wrapped silage alfalfa in dairy cow production.Methods:?1?Through the feeding test to explore the effects of wrapped silage on the performance of dairy cows,200 middle-aged cows with similar milk yield?23.21±3.89?were randomly divided into two groups,100 in each group, and the control group. The original mixed ration was fed to the experimental group. On the basis of the control diet, the test group used the wrapped silage to replace 50%of the same amount of dry matter of alfalfa hay.The test period was 40 days, and the pre-feeding period was 10 days. The dry matter intake, milk yield and milk quality indicators of the cows were determined during the test.?2?To determine the effect of wrapped silage on the rumen fermentation parameters of dairy cows,20 healthy cows were selected from the two groups of cows in trial 1.The milk yield was24.21±0.15kg,the third birth, the lactation days were 90±19 days,10 mice in each group. The rumen fluid was collected on the 25th day of the experiment, and the rumen fermentation parameters were determined.?3?The selected cows in the experiment 2,blood samples was collected from the tail vein, blood biochemical indicators and immunoglobulin content were determined, and the effects of wrapped silage on the blood biochemical parameters of dairy cows were studied.Results:?1?The addition of wrap silage to dairy cow diets significantly increased the dry matter intake of dairy cows.Compared with the control group, the average dry matter intake increased by 9.7%within 30 days, the difference was significant?P<0.05?;There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group within 30 days?P>0.05?;the milk fat percentage and milk protein of the experimental group and the control group were significantly different?P<0.05?,which increased by 7.2%and 9.3%,respectively.The other indicators were not significantly different?P>0.05?.?2?Under the different dietary patterns of the two groups,in the rumen fermentation index, the pH values of the test group and the control group were within the normal range, but the rumen pH of the test group was significantly higher than that of the control group?P<0.05?;The MCP content of the group was lower than that of the control group, but the difference was not significant ?P>0.05?.The LA and NH3-N concentrations were higher than the control group, the difference was not significant?P>0.05?.?3?The total protein and albumin content of the control group were significantly lower than that of the experimental group?P<0.05?;the urea nitrogen content of the test group was higher than that of the control group but the difference was not significant?P>0.05?;globulin,blood glucose, creatinine, glycerol The contents of triester, total cholesterol and immunoglobulin were not significantly different between the two groups?P>0.05?.Conclusion:?1?The use of wrapped alfalfa silage in dairy cow diets can significantly improve the dry matter intake of dairy cows and improve the milk quality, but has no significant effect on the milk yield of dairy cows.?2?Wrapped silage in place of alfalfa hay can increase the pH of the rumen and contribute to the improvement of the rumen fermentation environment.?3?It shows that the addition of wrap silage reduces the utilization of nitrogen to a certain extent, but has no effect on the immunity of dairy cows.
