In this paper, based on SPAC theory, we reached the changing of the main flora's soil moisture in YANCHI by a long time. The main job is determining the rising speed of the main plant, reaching the soil vaporing and stat the rainfall during the plant gorth. And then we discussed the changing rule about different soil pattern with different plants, and computing the The in reason amount of each plant on 1 hm2. At last we bring forward three modles about planting frutex by person.(1) The average precipitation during 45 years is 283mm, it's a little. There are 2 or 3 years have less precipitation in the front of or behind the year which has great precipitation. The precipitation is very less during the time when the plant growth, and the precipitation in this time is discontinuity.(2) Because of the weather,the greatest rising speed of C.korshinskii is in September, the greatest rising speed of S.psammopila is in September, and the greatest rising speed of A.ordosica is in April. The C.korshinskii and S.psammopila also have two pinnacles in the curve of ringing speed, but A.ordosica only has one. The C.korshinskii costs the most water and the S.psammopila costs the list.(3) The number of soil moisture reaches the top in May and April, and reaches the bottom in June and July. There are three steps of the moisture changing: slowly changing step,moisture costing step and slowly resume step. The uprightly changing also has three floors:0-15cm is the floor which has little water, 15-75cm is the floor where the moisture changing strong, the floor under 75cm has a certain moisture.(4) The number of soil vaporaze reaches the top in June and April. The soil vaporaze in different place is different, soil with A.ordosica>oil with C.korshinskii >oil with S.psammopila > oil with any plant.(5) In per unit area (hm2),the greatest bearing of C.korshinskii on the number of Jun's 3,813 and the lowest is in September of 908; the greatest number of S.psammopila on the number of June's 1,575 and the lowest is in May of 468; the greatest bearing of on the number of Jun's 7,956 and the lowest is in September of 1212.(6) Sandland Construction of artificial vegetation can use the following three modes: pure S.psammopila mode, two lines along the A.ordosica pure model and six line C.korshinskii with one line S.psammopila model.
