By means of potted experiment,field experiment,field investigation and indoor chemical analysis,using Scrophularia ningpoensis,the characteristic of dry matter accumulation,the law of nitrogen,phosphorous and potassium absorption,accumulation,and distribution were studied.At the same time,the regression equation of the relationship between N,P,Kor N,P,K,organic manure and the effects of the yield and quality were established.It provided the scientific basis for standardized cultivation of Scrophularia ningpoensis to meet the need of GAP.The results as following:1. Based on field investigation,the gowth dynamic change of Scrophularia ningpoensis in central shaanxi province was studied.The shoot system and root system presented correlation of accelerating-each-other and restraining-each-other.In elongation stage,the root system grew rapidly while the dry matter of shoot increased rapidly.After blossom,enormous dry matter distributed to propagation organ,resulted in that the growth of root system was restrained. Based on the experiment data,the dry matter of root could be described as S curve.2. The absorption amounts of N,P and K were in the order of N>K>P under pot condition.The experiment results showed,for Scrophularia ningpoensis,the average N,P and K absorption amount per 100 kg dry matter of root were 4.69 kg,0.107 kg,1.86 kg,N:P2O5:K2O=43.79:1: 17.40.3. The rule of absorption, accumulation and distribution of N,P and K was studied.For Scrophularia ningpoensis,of all organs,the order of percentage of N,P and K content were higer in leaf,followed by stalk,and then spike. Absorption amout and percentage content of N,P,Kof Scrophularia ningpoensis at different growth stages showed that dry matter were accumulated greatly in the stage of augmentation,it need lots of N,P and K to meet its growth. The proportion of absorption amout of N,P and K account for 66.3%, 64.7% ,96.9% of the all growth stage.It is the fastigium of accumulation of N,P and K.4. The application of N and K fertilizer had negative influence on the yield of Scrophularia ningpoensis,but fitting P fertilizer can enhanced yield. The high yield and quality can be obtained under the condition of the reasonable combination and rational ratio of N,P and K. According to these analysis,target yield and quality could be obtained with Urea rate of 196.213 8~248.448 1 kg/hm2,Ca3(PO4)2103.212 5~165.786 5 kg/hm2,K2SO4154.674 5~248.448 1 kg/hm2.5. For the experiment of N,P,K and organic manure,yield increased with the increased of P fertilizer application amount,however,over application rate made yield decreased. The application of N and K fertilizer had negative influence on the yield.The effects on the target of yield of Scrophularia ningpoensis were in the order of organic manure>P>K>N.
